For months after the destruction of Svartelheim, Freya had been plagued with nightmares of her queen. Though, she hadn't seen the goddess dead or dying. No, Freya had seen Athelia lost and alone - floating through the darkness and walking through the sands.
Freya knew it had to be a sign that her queen was alive, and despite the Allfather's protests, she escapes through the bifrost and finds herself in a realm like no other - but it was also a realm where she felt closer to Athelia than she ever had before.
So when a group called Hydra confirms and offers to help Freya save her beloved queen from her captors, she doesn't question the number of bodies that fall at her hands.
