The match was fun and interesting enough to make Suyeong stay throughout the whole game. Soo-ah had asked the girl to join them for the highlight but she denied her offer due to the exhaustion engulfing her body

Minhyuk had excused himself earlier for some reasons, leaving Suyeong alone to walk home at night

She put on her earbuds, playing the usual playlist as she looked around the empty street. The wind blew through her hair, creating a chilling temperature as she rubbed her hands together to keep herself warm

"Why is the street so empty today?"

She muttered, looking around every second as she shrugged her shoulders. She adjusted her holding on her sling bag, humming to the melody of the song quietly to keep her mind from creating any negative thoughts

She suddenly stopped on her track when a 'click' sound could be heard from her back. Her breath hitched, turning around almost immediately only to see nothing

She frowned

"What was that? Am I hallucinating?"

She shake her head, walking home almost immediately to avoid any incident that could be her worst nightmare

Mr. Han called out as the girl stood up to take their exam result that was submitted to students today. He smiled at her as she returned the gesture, gently taking the paper slip out of his hand

She sat on the chair, glancing at Minhyuk who had just gotten his earlier

"Should we do it together?"

He asked

"Sure"

They scooted their chairs closer as Suyeong closed her eyes, praying so that she got high grades. Minhyuk chuckled at her, shaking his head as Suyeong opened her eyes

"I'm ready"

"Okay. One, two, three!"

They opened the paper slip in sync as they both broke into wide smiles

"I got the third place. How about you?"

"Fourth"

Suyeong grinned

"I told you already. It's impossible for you to beat me"

He scoffed

"Congratulations, Ms. Im Suyeong"

She chuckled, patting his shoulder with a sarcastic sympathetic smile

"Don't cry when you get home, okay?"

He rolled his eyes, fixing his glasses as he replied

"I won't"
