The Cattle Drive

Narrator POV

Today was a new day and Annie let's Dave and Roxie know that she feels better and is ready for the day.

And when she was about to take her shot, Brooklyn and Sammy asked her for some help. So she quickly helped out the kids and even made them breakfast.

And afterwards, Annie started to feel like she going to eat the kids. So she hightailed it to her room. Thankfully she was able to take at least half of the injection since Darius went to get her.

"Hey Annie just wanted to let you know that we're all ready to go and we're all waiting for you." Darius says happily.

"Hehehe okay Darius I'll be right there. I just got to make sure everything is in order." Annie lies as Darius leaves.

Annie's POV

Oh man that was to close for comfort. But I think maybe this "dino drive" as Dave puts it will be good for all of us. Hopefully later on I'll be able to inject myself with the rest of the serum.

I just hope that I don't lose control with my dino self's. Cuz the last thing I need is to be locked up in a cage.

"Hey you okay Annie? You look like you have a bad feeling about something." Sammy says worryingly

"Um yes I'm fine Sammy just thinking about a lot of things and I guess I just got lost in thought again."

Oh no I'm twitching again I guess I'll have to take the rest of serum sooner than I thought. But, I can't let Dave, Roxie, or the kids know about this. Oh man I guess I'll just have to wait till I'm alone to do this.

"Hey Annie come on we're wasting daylight over here. Let's get going!!!" Dave excitedly shouts.

"I'm coming! Sheesh David keep your boxers on already."

When I heard the kids laugh from what I said, I couldn't help but smile and giggle happily too.

Time skip to the mud hole problem

After the herd calm down I noticed that I was alone but, I needed to find the kids. And thankfully I found them with Maria the Sinoceratops and she was helping them get Darius and Brooklyn out of the mud hole.

"Guys is everyone alright"

"Yeah we're okay just a little shakened up by the sudden dino stampede." Darius says happily to see me.

Narrator POV

After all the teens hugged Annie and Brooklyn finished her video, Dave and Roxie to everyone back to camp. Surprisingly Yaz and Sammy became friends and hugged.

But when Annie went over to tell Brooklyn good night, she noticed Brooklyn accidentally got on video that Annie was injecting herself with the serum.

And as Annie left quickly and didn't notice that that Sammy was at the door too and was scared out of her mind when she to saw the video.

When Annie went into her bedroom and laid down on the bed, she couldn't help but worry if Brooklyn was going to start questioning her.

But that was another matter for another day right now Annie needed sleep. Although she was hoping that she was wrong about the bad feeling that she getting earlier.
