He was nervous at first because he didn't think Y/N's family would like him. But he was polite and friendly so Y/N's parents loved him. Once he got comfortable, he talked about the music he was writing. Or even show them some new comic he'd be working on.

He was even more nervous when Y/N mentioned not expect the best. He didn't know if it was because of his job, his looks, or the music he made. Both of Y/N'S parents were cold. Y/N put a hand over his trying to make him more comfortable but it didn't work. The second Y/N's parents made a rude comment Y/N and Gerard left.
