Azlaan's POV:

"WHAT?" I took my phone away from my ear hearing him shouting. Well, I just told Ric about my marriage and that was his reaction. She hasn't came out of the room from yesterday. How can she be comfortable when she has just met us? Its been a day. We brought her home in evening only.

"Yes. You heard me right." I said sighing deeply and heard him sighing.

"Azlaan?" I sighed. I know he doesn't take marriage lightly. And no one does. Everyone has a great respect for the marriage. But he gives a very different respect.

"I didn't do anything wrong, bro. I wanted her to believe that she is not a disgust. And there is someone to accept her. And I did that." I said closing my eyes and heard him sighing.

"I'm not saying that you did wrong. But marriage is a big step, bro." He said making me nod my head.

"Well, now it already happened we can't change. But just remember, never ever hurt her. Never ever tell her that you just saved her. Never, boy. It was you who took that decision. You can't even say that in anger. Girls' hearts are made of glasses when its come about trust. You getting me?" I smiled hearing him. He some times makes me feel like I'm small though we are of same age.

"I know. I'm getting you. Don't worry. I'll work this till the end. Insha Allah." I whispered the end part to myself.

"Good." We both chuckled and hung up after talking for some time.

After few weeks.

"Really?" I nodded my head while sighing. Well, I told everything to Abaan what happened in evening in the kitchen.

"Yep."

"This was the first time?" He asked and I nodded my head.

"Until now yes. I haven't seen her like that before." I said and heard him sighing.

"How about you take it slowly? I mean it still might be haunting her what happened actually there. She hasn't talked about that with anyone. She needs time for that. Let me know if something like this again happen. It doesn't have to be because of you only. Even if she reacts like that because of someone else then let me know." He said and I nodded my head.

"Okay. I think I was on the wrong side today." I said sighing deeply and heard him sighing.

"May be." He said making me sigh. We talked for some time and then hung up. I started doing my work while enjoying the packet of chips kept beside me. Appi will kill me tomorrow. Because there was sticky note with her name on this packet and I may empty it tonight. But who cares. Teasing your sibling is another fun. I took my phone to see the time and sighed seeing the time. I kept the laptop away and went to balcony. I spent an hour here every night. It gives me peace. I was busy in looking around when I heard some voice. I turned to find her coming out in the balcony. She is looking beautiful with her hair open. Masha Allah. She was looking around while I was looking at her. She stopped when she found me. She sighed and looked down making me smile.

"Are you feeling okay now?" I asked smiling at her who looked up hearing me.

"Yes. Alhamdulillah." She said looking at me and I smiled.

"Good to hear that." I said smiling at her and found her brows frowning.

"Aren't you mad at me?" She asked making me frown.

"Have you done something wrong?" I asked looking at her in confusion and she frowned.

"I behaved like that. In the evening." I smiled hearing her. It was not in her control though.
