Anfa's POV:

I stirred in my sleep when I heard the alarm blasting on my head. I picked it up and turned it off and closed my eyes back. I think everyone does this, right? Sleeping after turning off the alarm. After some time again it rang and I got up this time. I saw the time and sighed when I found its 9:30.  Everyone might be done with their breakfast. I don't have to pray Namaz that's why I was still on bed. After brushing my teeth and washing my face I walked out. I went to the kitchen and took out a bottle of water from the fridge but it fell from my hand when I heard his voice.

"I see. I'm seeing you like this for the first time. Your hair is a nest." Why is he still here? Damn.

"Is it Sunday today?" I asked turning to him to find him looking at me with a big smile.

"No. Why?" He asked and I sighed.

"Why are you still at home? Turn away." I said glaring at him and he looked at me weirdly.

"Woah! I can't even be at my own home now. Damn." He said glaring at me and I rolled my eyes. He walked out while I followed him after making a good bun of my hair.

"Ammi. Your daughter-in-law is throwing me out of my own house." He said sitting beside Ammi who shook her head at him.

"Go and have your breakfast, dear. Don't focus on his talks." She said smiling at me making me chuckle.

"I'm the one left alone here. Disadvantage of being the only boy at home." We laughed hearing him who walked towards his room.

"Is he okay, Ammi? Why is he at home till now?" I asked her who smiled at me.

"Even if he won't be okay, he won't let us know, dear. Its hard to recognize if he is okay or not." She said sighing deeply and I looked at her who was looking a bit sad. I wonder what's the story of his past. I did my breakfast and helped Appi in cleaning the house and kitchen. My eyes teared up when I remember how Appi used to stop me whenever it tried to help her. I wonder if she is okay.

Night.

I looked out when I found a light in the garden and found him coming out of his car to open the gate. I don't know why but they haven't kept anyone to work as a gatekeeper, or as maid at house. I wonder why. After he parked the car and I walked inside the room. I cleaned the room and got busy in my phone but it was just for time pass. I was waiting for him to come inside. He will come in the room to take his dress. Well, it was me who told Appi to keep his dress here. For two reasons, one I don't want him to feel like he is kicked out of his room. And second, earlier I used to see him only when he came to take his dress here. But now its not like that. I'm the one who go out and have dinner with them. So if he comes here to take his dress, I will be able to see him again. My eyes were all the time going to the door for it to be knocked. But before I can hear that I heard his voice a bit loud. I walked near the door and kept my ear to hear him because I know he might be arguing with Appi. He loves to do that.

"I told you guys not to keep my clothes in that cupboard as I'm living in another room but you are not doing that." I rolled my eyes hearing him. As if you have to climb a mountain to take the dress out.

"Tsk. She should feel comfortable with you, boy. You should make her comfortable around you." I heard Appi and smiled widely. She knows how to make him understand that we should live together now. I know I'm being stupid but my this stupid heart wants something like this. And even I'm shocked on myself.

"We'll talk about this later. I am hell tired and I have to take shower. And thanks to you, you have kept my dress in my cupboard for which I have to cross seven rivers to take it out." I narrowed my brows hearing him. Oh really? Come inside. I'll see you.
