Everyone was around at Kazuma and Karin's house to see how Rin was doing, without Kyo which Karin was upset about. Karin stood in the kitchen making tea and snacks for everyone before she started walking towards the sitting room.
"Where was she?" Kazuma asked both Yuki and Haru who now sat at the table as Tohru and Rin were in the garden
"The cat's place," Haru said with gritted teeth. Though their eyes widened as they heard a crash. They turned to see Karin has dropped the Tray she was holding as her eyes were wide
"Karin, are you okay?" Kazuma asked in concern as he rushed over towards her as she stood there with a worried expression
"The place were there gonna keep Kyo" she muttered as Haru and Yuki looked away
"Karin" Kazuma spoke, his hand going to her shoulder as the woman soon stiffened. Snapping out of it.
"I'm sorry," Karin said kneeling and picking up the pot that she had dropped. Kazuma frowning.
"Why don't you go upstairs and rest, you seem tired," Kazuma said while Karin looked up at him before she nodded
"Yeah, your right. Sorry about that" She said towards Haru and Yuki who simply nodded, looking at her in concern as she left
"Will Karin be okay?" Yuki asked Kazuma as he simply looked down towards the ground
"She's becoming more and more fragile as the day grows closer to Kyo being Locked up, I worried she's gonna do something," Kazuma said as he sat down while both Yuki and Haru looked at her
"What would she do?" Haru asked out of concern
"Run with Kyo or..." Kazuma stopped before he signed and looked up "talk to Akito" he said as Yuki's eyes widened
"She would do that?" He asked as Kazuma sighed
"Karin is one of the bravest women I know. That can also be her downfall" Kazuma said looking at the woman, his face full of conflict.
"Good morning Rin!" Karin cheered loudly towards the girl whose eyes widened further looking at the woman as she slightly smiled.
"Morning Karin" Rin smiled as Karin simple smiled before she looked out into the garden, her face frowning as Rin looked towards him.
"I have to sweep the garden but I've got so much to do" Karin groaned as Rin's eyes widened as she looked towards the woman who rubbed her head
"I can do it for you" Rin smiled as Karin's eyes widened before she quickly had a brush in her hand and gave it to the girl
"Thank you" Karin sang before skipping away Rin's eyes widened before she was dumbfounded at the woman and simple went to sweep outside
Karin stood there, her eyes wide rage and horror at what the man was saying to Tohru about Kyo. Shigure was supposed to care, Karin trusted him to look after Kyo in the house and yet he is saying such an awful thing. She gritted her fist as she heard the Tohru run away.
"Get out," a voice said while Shigure's eyes widened as well as Rins's as they saw Karin stood there, a glare on her face as her face was dark.
"Karin-" Shigure began but was soon cut off.
"No one insults my son, now get off my property before I make you!" Karin said growing closer while Shigure sighed loudly
"Fine, fine," he said before walking off while Karin watched him while Rin simple stood with her head down in shame knowing the women wouldn't be happy.
"Karin-" Rin said before she stopped meeting Karin's face who wore a sad expression
"I won't tolerate anyone insulting Kyo, No. I don't tolerate anyone insulting my family Rin," Karin said while Rin simple looked down
"That goes for you as well. I won't let anyone hurt you" Karin said with a slight smile before she looked back into the kitchen "now lunch is ready" she smiled
"I've been thinking" Karin muttered as she sat on her bed, the one she shared with Kazuma as she brushed her hair. The man stood looking towards her.
"About what?" Kazuma asked as he looked towards his wardrobe and Karin sighed
"Why don't we move?" Karin asked as Kazuma eyes widened as he looked back towards her "me you, Rin and Kyo. Start a new life and away from the Sohma's" Karin smiled
"Karin" Kazuma spoke softly before the women frowned and looked towards the man in confusion.
"What's wrong? We're not happy here, there not happy and it means we get away from the Sohma's and Kyo doesn't have to be locked up" Karin said her face down glaring at the man.
"We can't simple moved away, it's more complicated then that. I won't let Kyo be locked away but we can't simple run away" Kazuma said calmly as Karin simple scoffed at the man
"But it was okay for you to take Kyo to the mountain and now when the time comes we can't do that?!" Karin said more frustrated and angry as Kazuma sighed
"I don't want to argue with you, not like before Karin" Kazuma said as he sat the in bed as she looked towards him
"It's just after what happened to Isuzu and what's going to happen to Kyo. I can't sit and watch" Karin said frowned before she felt someone take her hand, as she looked to see Kazuma smiling at her.
"If we can't come up with another way to protect them both, then we can move but let's try another way first" Kazuma spoke before kissing her on the cheek.
"I love you" Kazuma said before laying down the in bed as Karin eyes were still on him before she smiled
"I love you too" Karin spoke softly before she looked up, a smile on her face before she glared
