PRESENT DAY
I wait the whole year for Autumn to arrive so as soon as it gets to the end of August, boom, I come alive. The only downside is that September also brings another torturous year of school.
"The two American tourists were last seen heading into the forest last Wednesday around 4PM. The police are asking anyone who may have been in the vicinity of the Chapel Hill Trail at the time to report any sightings or suspicious activity." Our form tutor reads out the notice and then holds it up and asks if this is relevant to any of us, to which most of us just shake our heads. I don't think any one was really listening. At this point, the police notices all tend to blur into one.
