Angelina's POV

I can't believe he did that
"Y-your son? Isn't your last name Rodriguez?"Anna asks me
"It Is but I lost custody of him when he was a kid, his father changed his last name" I respond truthfully
"Oh, I always thought he was white"
I laugh" he's half white and half Mexican" I say
He's a guero (light skin)
"Do you want to press charges?" I ask
"I don't know yet, I have to tell my mom"
"I'll call your mom" Sofia says
"She's probably sleeping by now, I don't want to wake her. She gets up really early for work" Anna says
"I'm pretty sure her daughter is more important than her job" I say

I feel so bad for her I can't believe Josh would do that. I guess the Apple doesn't fall far from the tree..

"But...nevermind, just don't call her, at least wait until she's awake please" Anna begs
"Okay, well whan does she wake up?" I ask
"4am,what time is it now?" Anna asks
So her mom should be awake by now
"Sweetie it's 4:46am" Sofia says

Annas POV

"Sweetie it's 4:46am" Sofia tells me
I was asleep for 6 hours??
"What?!" I half yell
Then i hear ringing
Is she calling my mom?
"Hello? Sofia?" I hear my mom from the phone
"I need you to come to my house right now" Sofia says
"I'm at work Sofia can't it wait?"
"Annas here with me, something happened to her" she tells my mom
"I'm on my way" my mom says before she hangs up

10 minutes later

*knock knock knock knock* my mother im guessing aggressively knocks on the door
"What happened? Where is she"my mom asks after Sofia opened the door And she storms in
"What happened are you okay?" She asks while hugging me

"He did what?!?!" My mom yells after i told her
"Call the cops NOW " she says
"On it" Sofia says

15 minutes later

*knock knock*
Sofia goes and opens the door
"Hello I'm officer Keegan"

2 hours later

Ughhh im back at home they took me in for questioning and they gave me a choice to do a rape kit and if I didn't then they wouldn't be able to do anything so I did it. They said he would be arrested on Monday and we would go to court later on
im exhausteddd and as soon as I'm about to fall asleep I notice I don't have my phone with me
"I'M GOING TO KILL HIM" August says as he bursts through my door
"Can i borrow your phone?"I ask him
"Sure but why dont you use your own?" He curiously asks
"I left it at the party" I tell him
He then hands me his phone and I call Katie
"Hello? Who is this?" Katie says
"Its me, I'm using August's phone. I left my phone at James house"
"Anna? I was looking everywhere for you where did you go?" Katie asks "Well apparently not everywhere" I mumble to myself but she heard
"What happened?" She asks
And I tell her everything

"Oh my god I can't believe Josh would do that, what an asshole are you okay? I'm coming over" she says before hanging up and not letting me reply

She came over and we spent all day together

It's now Monday and im getting ready for school *BEEP BEEP BEEP* always so loud I think to myself as I leave the house and walk to her car "hello" I say
"Hii" she says back

We pull into the school parking lot and I see cop cars and teachers and students in a big circle surrounding something. I get out of the car go to where everybody is and I see jay getting arrested

I look around looking for a specific beautiful pair of greyish eyes
