It's been a week since we talked in the janitors closet, we're dating now and everything is going well. Obviously no one can know about us since I can get expelled and Angelina can get fired
We usually hang out at her house after school but today her sister visited her so I'm at the mall with Katie
"So how's it going with your secret lover?" Katie says
"Shhh quiet!" I say
"What!? I didn't say her name!"
We're sitting at a food court eating
"Its fine, today she's hanging out with her sister so yeah"
"Wait is that her?" Katie says while pointing behind me
I quickly turn around and there she was, eating ice cream with I'm guessing her sister?
"Miss Rodriguez!" Katie yells
I slap her arm and say "shut up!"
"Hi girls how are you guys?" Angelina says while walking to us
"We're good, Anna's girlfriend looks a lot like you!" Katie says
"Well then she has good taste" Angelina says
"Shut up!" I say to Katie
"This is my sister Nadia, nadia these are my students Anna and Katie" Angelina introduces us to her sister
"Hi it's nice to meet you" nadia says
"Likewise" I say
"You too!" Katie says
After that we left and went to katies house
"Hi Anna" katies brother nate says as he walks into katies room
"Ew go away nate" Katie says
"So um Anna, I got an extra ticket to the fair and my friend canceled on me so wanna come?" He asks completely ignoring katies comments
"Awee that's so sweet! You and Katie can go on a brother-sister bonding date!"I say trying to decline nicely
"Oh um I was hoping you would go with me?" Nate says
"Uh sorry..im kind of busy" I apologize
"But I didn't even tell you when?" Nate replies
"Oh..well with school and all I barely have time to do anything" I say
"But you have time to hang out with katie?" He says
"Ugh just get out! She doesn't want to go with youuu!" Katie says as she throws a pillow at him
"Jeez okay okay!" He says as he leaves
"He's so annoying! Actually thinking he could pull you" Katie says as she falls to the ground from laughter
She's so dramatic
"He's augusts age for all we know they are probably friends!" Katie says as she gets up and sits back on her bed
"I think they Areee friends" I say
"Yeah well...um I heard a rumor about August" Katie says quickly changing the subject
"What? What rumor?"I ask
"Well just that you know...."
"No I don't know? Just tell me! Will I have to beat some kid's ass?" I ask
"He's sleeping with some senior" Katie says
"That's It? Ugh Katie! I thought it was worse!" I say
I mean yeah he's too young to be having sex but it's not my business, as long as he's using protection
"But that's not all, the seniors a guy"Katie says
...well Its just a rumor
Doesn't mean it's true
"I mean it's a rumor so it might not be true but even if it was who am I to judge? I'm dating someone 14 years older than me and she's a woman" I say
"Yeah true, but a freshman with a senior....i thought as his older sister you would be somewhat overprotective"
"I'll ask him if it's true and if it is I'll just get the guys name, kidnap him tie him to a chair in my basement and ask him some friendly questions. Was that better?" I say
"Definitely " katie says laughing

"I'm home!" I yell as I enter my house
"Moms not here" augusts says from the couch
"Oh okay um uh ehh"I try to find my words but they suddenly disappeared.

"Is there any chance you are sleeping with a senior who might be a guy? Because if you are then that's totally fine who am I to judge right? But if he's already 18 then he can go to jail, and I would not support that" I rush out
His eyes widen
"Where did you hear that from? I'm not gay Anna" he says slowly while looking at my left eye
"Your lying" I say
He always looks at my right eye so when he lies he looks at my left
"Is he 18?"I ask
"I'm not lying!" He says
"August answer the same question"
"WHY DO YOU EVEN CARE?! I'M NOT THE ONE SLEEPING WITH MY TEACHER" He yells
"YOUR SLEEPING WITH YOUR TEACHER ANNA?!" My mom says
I turn my head to the door so fast I'm lucky I didn't break my neck and I see the door open and her holding on to the door knob
Why didn't I hear her keys?
"I'm not, mom he's talking about someone else right August?" I say
"....Yeah some other person" he says rolling his eyes
"Mhm okay. It's already 6pm i'll start cooking dinner" she says
I go to my room and as soon as I lay down on my bed my phone rings as someone is facetiming me
I answer it without looking at the caller id
"Hello my love" Angelina says
"Hi we almost got caught"I say
"What do you mean?"
I tell her everything that happened downstairs with August and my mother
"Oh damn I wonder who the senior is" she says
"That's what your worried about? Seriously?" I say
"I'm not worried just curious my love" Angelina says
"Who are you calling 'my love'?" I hear nadia, her sister ask Angelina
"Uh I got to go bye!" Angelina quickly hangs up
I eat dinner and go back to bed
I then drift off to dreamland
