18, out the window

Anna's POV

"Dude wake up" Katie says as she taps me on the
shoulder
"I'm awake!" I say as I sit up from her passenger seat
"Where are we?"i ask
"Your house. You need a shower and after that you have to talk to your mom" Katie says
I groan as I exit her car
"Do you want me to come in with you?" Katie asks
"No I'm good thank you though" I say
"Alrighty then see you later"Katie bids her goodbye
"See ya" I say as I walk into my house

"Jesus! Anna what the fuck were you thinking " mom says
"What?" I say
"A lot of things for one, your teacher?! Are you fucking kidding me. Two, leaving for 2 days without letting anybody know where you are?! What the fuck is wrong with you!" my mom shouts at me
"I'M NOT THE ONE FUCKING KISSING SOMEBODY AFTER THEY SPECIFICALLY TOLD ME NOT TO" I shout back
"YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT. YOU'RE GROUNDED AND YOU WILL NO LONGER SEE HER! GIVE ME YOUR PHONE!" She yells at me

"Fuck you!" I say as I try to walk past her and go upstairs but she grabs me by the wrist and yeets me back
"Watch your tone and give me your fucking phone anna" she says
"No" I say
She sighs
"I only want what's best for you. She's not good for you anna. She's crazy" she says
"Are you actually fucking kidding me? If anything YOU'RE the crazy one." I shout as I go to my room
And slam the door

Goddamnit I can't call Katie, I don't have a phone

I sigh and get up. I get my allowance money from my piggy bank  and sneak out the window

I hear a car drive right next to me
Not wanting to get kidnapped I ran

"Jesus what is it with you running away" I hear a familiar voice shout from the car

I stop running and turn around "Angelina?" I say

"The one and only I hope"she says
"Get in I'll take you wherever you're going" she offers
I accept and get in the passengers seat
"To the phone store thingy!" I say as I point a finger to the road ahead of us
"The what" she asks
"You know....where you buy a phone" I say

"Oh right, how'd you murder your last one?" She asks

"I threw it out the window" I say
"Of your house?" She asks
"No silly then that would have no point. A driving car" she makes an O face of realization

She parks and we exit the car to enter the store

"What kind of phone are you looking for?" She asks
"Probably like an iPhone XR or something, I have a budget"I say

She nods and approaches the worker
I follow her
"Hello! What can I help you with?" The worker says

"Dinners ready!" I hear my mom call for us
I go downstairs
"Can you set the table please August" she asks august
"Okay can you help me Anna?" He asks
"Yeah. How was school little dude?" I ask as I start setting the plates down on the table
"It was good! Our school won the football game" he says
"Ahh you were there?" I ask
"Yeah wish you were there though" he says
"Mhm no you don't but whatever" I say
"Haha well if you were I know you would have bugged me until I let you meet Colin" he says
"Oh I'm meeting him tomorrow" I say
"What?"

"Yeah well let's eat" I say as we finish setting up the table and mom brings in the food
