16. Te quiero a ti

I just realized that I never gave Anna's mom a name so let's name her.........hailey? Hmm doesn't fit right
Grace, okay that's all I can think of right now soo

                                      Katie POV
Anna suddenly sits up causing everyone to look our way and she walks out
"Uh excuse us" I say to Bryan and Melanie
I get up to follow Anna. Passing Angelina's table
I hear somebody abruptly get up
Knowing it's Angelina going to try and talk to Anna
I turn around "fuck off your not going anywhere near her anymore" I say
"I just need to explain"she pleads
"Explain what? Is something wrong? Why was anna upset?"she says
"I'm sorry but I hate you right now" I say as  before I walk away to find Anna

                               Angelina's POV

GOD DAMNIT
I'm so stupid I fucked everything up
I didn't WANT to kiss her I was going to stop her but Anna saw before I could

"What's wrong?" She says
"Why would you kiss me!" I say
"I-I thought-"
"You thought NOTHING there's NOTHING there anymore!" I say

Honestly that was a bit harsh but she did kiss me even after I specifically told her that I only accepted her invitation to go out to eat as friends and nothing more
I have to go talk to Anna. That is if Katie let's me
I get up and leave without another word to her

I successfully leave the restaurant without her trying to follow me

I turn a corner and I see Katie trying to comfort anna
But Anna just keeps walking away
"Anna!" I yell out to her
" I don't care if your my teacher but I will not hesitate to throw hands" Katie threatens
I ignore her and walk past her to get to Anna
"Anna just listen to me please" I beg
"Leave me alone Angelina" Anna says
"No. I will not leave you alone until you let me explain and if you still want to leave after that then I will let you"I say
She stops walking and turns to me
"Fine" Anna's words hurt as if they were laced with venom
"Let's go somewhere else and we can talk there" I say
"No we will talk here or I walk away" she says
"Okay" is all I say
I don't speak for about 2 minutes before Anna speaks up
                                   Anna's POV
I can't believe this!
After all we did she goes and kisses my fucking mom
"Are you going to talk or am I just wasting my time" i was surprised by how my own voice sounded so cold and how I haven't broken down
"I didn't want to kiss her Anna..."she says barely audible I wouldn't have heard her if it wasn't for the empty streets
There was a silence that neither of us dared to break
But After maybe 10 minutes of standing facing each other and not saying a word I decided to speak up
"That's your whole explanation?" I ask
"no...I'm sorry, she asked me to go out to eat and I said yes but I made it very clear we were going as nothing but two friends catching up. She didn't even ask to kiss me she just caught me by surprise, I didn't kiss her back or have time to scold her cause you intervened although I'm not saying that was a bad thing it was a good thing probably not to your feelings but it saved me the awkward talk with your mother I'm sorry"she ranted but with one last sigh she finished "te quiero a ti y solo a ti"
I look at her with wide eyes completely flabbergasted obviously not expecting that to come out
I don't speak Spanish but I definitely understood that
"Oh" is all I managed to get out

I was going to write that they didn't talk for like a month but I was outside on my balcony listening to classical music and my mind got peaceful and i just wrote this without really realizing lol
