"'Pa, you'll be here on Christmas?"
"Nope. We'll be in England. Why?"
"Hmm. So, I'm gonna spend Christmas with Bon and Freen."

Natatawa na si Papa. Sinenyasan niya ako na i-cut ko na muna 'yong pag-uusap namin.
"Babe, I need to hang up na. May iche-check kami ni Papa. Can I?"
"Please don't hang up. Use ka headset or earpiece. Cut it if I fell asleep na."
E di don't nagpasak lang ako ng earpiece. No choice siya kailangan video call para makita ko naman kung tulog na nga siya.
Hay naku! May room naman siya pero napili pang sa living room mag-sleep. Just a few minutes ang lumipas mukhang nahihimbing na siya. Nakakanganga pa nga! Haha!
I cut the all na. Dumating na rin ang foods. Nilagay ko na muna sa bag ko ang phone ko.
"So? May progress ba? You still hate her?" asked Papa.
"I don't hate her na. Parang gets ko na nga why you chose her. I got to fix my study habits, hindi na ako masyado bitch sa DFU well except siguro if it involves her. Hindi na ako magastos. Saktohan na lang."
"Uhm. Impressive. Less than five months," said Papa. "So? Kaya mo na? Are we not going to finish the contract, Becca? We can file a divorce by next year."
