Oh what? You can't wait for another chapter? Yeah neither could I hahaha enjoy ;-)

P.S - Adriana's dress in the media (she's very stylish), along with an appropriate song featured in this chapter. Love love LOVE You Don't Own Me by Grace feat. G-Eazy (although I'm also one for classics and LOVE the original by Lesley Gore, I just don't think it would be playing in clubs lol)

"Holy shĩt!" Claudia's jaw dropped mesmerised by the beauty that stood before her. Sure Adriana was female, but there was no denying how fabulous she looked. After all her kicking, screaming and flat out refusal to come out tonight, she sure did a great job making herself look spectacular in her sparkly mini dress.

"Why the heck doesn't that dress make me look that hot?" Claudia questioned as Adriana slipped on her silver pumps.

"Oh and for someone who wants nothing to do with Salvatore, you put quite an effort in tonight miss" Adriana rolled her eyes before flicking her hair back and scrunching it in her hands for messy volume before attacking it with hairspray. "If you're making me come out tonight, I'm going to make sure he knows exactly what he lost. Even though technically he never had me in the first place"

"Watch out New York" Claudia cheekily yelled towards the open balcony, "Adriana is on heat tonight".

"Ok that's enough miss. Now let's get smashed on tequila because I'm not going out sober tonight" Adriana confidently walked over to the kitchen retrieving tequila, salt and limes. She quickly took a shot before looking over at Claudia and motioning her over to take shots with her.

The tequila consumption continued at Marquee in the form of cola, tequila, lime and salt around the rim. Adriana could not seem to get enough of them and it was becoming apparent to Claudia that her friend was either drowning her sorrows or trying to loosen up enough to not care if she ran into Salvatore. Claudia actually found it pretty amazing that she was still functioning like a semi normal person, besides being extremely hyperactive like she had just consumed five energy drinks in a row, she was actually doing fine.

"Shall we go sit upstairs?" Claudia suggested trying to reel her friend in, in what she thought was the most natural way possible. Adriana sipped on her straw and arched an eyebrow before releasing the straw from her baby pink lips. "Hmm, how about no? Besides why torture yourself, Francesco in engaged remember?"

"Pfft, don't give a shĩt about him" Claudia waved a hand in the air dismissively doing a very good impression of someone who truly did not care. "Well then" Adriana continued, "there's nothing for us upstairs then right?" The question was clearly rhetorical when Claudia noticed she had not waited for an answer and was dragged onto the dance floor with tequila and cola in hand.

"Do they have any intention of coming up here tonight?" Salvatore was fuming at this point. He had spent at least the last two hours watching the women consume numerous drinks and coming back and forth to the dance floor. He had arranged with one of the bartenders downstairs to keep a tab for the ladies and he would take care of it. He thought by doing so the least they would do was come upstairs to thank him. Yet nothing. Not even a glance from the dance floor. It was absolutely infuriating.

"Luca, I can take a lot, but this woman is really getting under my skin. You need to convince her to get up here already" Luca raised his hands in defence and shook his head with his eyes wide. "Salvo, if her best friend can't do it, I sure as hell can't"
