Look I woke up to a extremely loud sound of alarm

,,Damn is it already 8 am?'' I say as I grab my phone to stop it

It was Saturday

Every weekend I wake up early to go and meet with my best friend Emma. I've known her since we were little because our parents are very close.She is the most loyal and friendly person I know.
Without her,I don't know what would have happened to me.Emma and I are literally definition of contrast.I have brown hair with hazel eyes,and she has light blonde hair and crystal blue eyes.Not to mention the difference in height

I quickly got out of bed because if I stayed any longer I would've probably fall asleep again

My closet was very messy, but I managed to find a pair of socks, some black shorts and an oversized shirt. Before leaving I brushed my teeth,applied some of mascara and highlighter.My hair looked like it had been electrocuted, so it took me a good 15 minutes just to brush it

Waking up in the morning has never been my thing. Since my room is on the third floor of our house, I always almost fall down the stairs because I'm still sleepy.I don't know how people can have energy in the morning

When I finally went downstairs, I saw my dad typing something on his laptop while talking on the phone. That man is always working

I took my car keys and opened the door ,,Bye dad,I am meeting with Emma in 10 minutes''

,,Wait just a second'' he said to his phone before looking at me ,,Bye sweetie have fun''

I gave him a soft smile. Just as I was about to leave,I hear him shout again ,,Oh yeah, I almost forgot to tell you''

I turned around and looked at him not knowing what he meant

,,We have to talk later about something,can you be back by 3?''

,,Sure I guess'' I said,still confused what it was about

,,Great!'' he said with a smile as he continued to speak on the phone.

I turned around and left

,,Well that was weird''

Me and my dad are really close.Well,actually were close,before my mother died in a car accident 11 years ago.He was heartbroken without her,so was I. That's when I started playing basketball,and it became my therapy. And I guess my dad's therapy became working.

He is a millionaire who owned almost every company in our country.He never bragged about it to his friends,or anyone actually.Just because he had more money it didn't make him more of a better person.

Growing up I always got what I wanted from him, but my mother taught me not to be spoiled like the half of rich kids, and to be grateful for what I have. I am glad that she did

I really miss her.Her beautiful soft voice that made me smile always,her shiny long blonde hair,and especially her ocean green eyes

When I was little I always complained how I got my dad's eyes and not hers.But she always told me that my sparkling hazel eyes are the most beautiful eyes she's ever seen

Now that spark is long gone...

And there it is,first chapter

I didn't want to say everything in the beginning

I know its short,and first chapters will be as I already said,sorry for that,but after that I will try to make them longer and better
