sum up:
you had dealt with depression, anxiety and other mental illnesses most your life. you had started dating sadie and she understood all of them, she usually stayed over to help you through the night, but she couldnt this time. she had alot of meetings the next day and had to be awake super early

"il be back, tomorrow around 7 okay, baby?" she said to you
"okay, i love you" you said sitting in your bed
"i love you too, call me if anything happens okay?" she said blowing me a kiss
"i will, bye love" i said as she walked out my bedroom door
"bye y/n/n" she said leaving, i was now left with my emotions and nothing to distract them. it wasnt late either so i had awhile before i went to bed
i sat there on my phone, just scrolling on stuff like tiktok and insta. i was okay. i went downstairs for something to eat because i was hungry, i made myself a pizza. pizza was my favourite so i always made one. i took it upstairs and got back into bed and then turned my tv on and put on stranger things. i loved to watch it to see sadies acting, she was always amazing.

it was now night time, around midnight. i wasnt feeling to well knowing im alone but i managed. i was just sat there, listing to stranger things trying to get to sleep. sometimes when sadies character, max spoke it helped because obviously, it was her voice. sometime later i got to sleep.
i woke up to a nightmare, sadie has died in. i woke up in a cold sweat, catching my breath. it was one of these nights, great. i ran myself a warm bath and got in just to chill, calm myself down abit. sadie taught me stuff for when im alone like this.
i was sat in the bath for about 20 minutes before it got to hot so i got out and put my clothes back on and got into bed. i wasn't feeling any better really.
"fuck sake." i mumbled to myself
i put stranger things back on and tried to go back to sleep. i was tossing and turning for over an hour now. it was almost 4 in the morning, i didnt want to do what i did next but.. it felt like the only thing i could do to help.
i went on my phones and pressed sadies contact, it rang a few times befor she answered
"sadie?" i said, shaking apearing in my voice
"yn? whats up baby?" she asked, her voice all croaky from just waking up
"i- i cant sleep.." i said
"il be there in 10" she said before ending the phone
i just sat in my bed, watching stranger things before my door knocked. i went downstairs and opened it to see sadie
"im sorry" i said as i hugged her
"dont be, you need it." she said hugging back
"i know how busy you are this week, i feel bad." i said, shutting the door and we walked to my room
"yn love, don't apologise okay? i told you to ring me if you had to." she said sitting in my bed
"okay, thank you for coming over" i said getting in bed
"anything for you love" she said letting me cuddle up into her "go to sleep, il be here when you wake up" she said stroking my hair
"okay" you said, soon after you were fast asleep. sadie fell asleep soon after you
