The Sorcerer's Stone (BOOK 1)

YR 1 [CHAPTER 1]

                      DOORSTEP DELIVERY.

Third person's pov:

The owl flies away and an elderly man with crimson robes and a long silvery white beard named Albus Dumbledore walks out of a forest near the street, past a tabby cat standing next to what looks like a shed. He takes out his deluminator and activates it. Dumbledore zaps all the light out of the lampposts. He puts away the device and a cat meows. Dumbledore looks down at the cat.

"i should have known that you would be here...Professor McGonagall."

the cat's shadow turnsza into a woman with a tall hat and emerald robes. There are footsteps and Minerva McGonagall is revealed.

"Good evening, Professor Dumbledore. Are the rumors true, Albus?"

"im afraid so, professor. the good and the bad." albus answered while they continue walking near someone's house

"and the twins?" professor mcgonagall asked

professor dumbledore look the sky and calmly

"hagrid is bringing them." he then answered calmly no emotions plasstered on his face

but it was opposite for professor mcgonagall, fear was plasstered on her face looking at the sky

"do you think it is wise to trust hagrid with something as important as this?" professor mcgonagall looked at professor dumbledore who was already looking at her

"ah, professor, i would trust hagrid with my life"

There is a motor sound, and the two professors look up to see a flying motorcycle coming down from the air. It skids on the street and halts. A large man with shoulder length black hair and beard named Rubeus Hagrid takes off his goggles.

"professor dumbledore, sir. professor mcgonagall." hagrid greeted the two professors while getting out of his motorbike with two childrens in his hands.

"no problems, i trust, hagrid?"

"no sir. this two fell asleep just as we were flying over bristol" he then scoffed

"try not to wake them up" he then continued and give proffessor dumbledore the boy and professor mcgonagall the girl

"there you go" he finished.

"albus, do you really think its safe, leaving them with these people? ive watched them all day. they're the worst sort of muggles imaginable. they are" but before professor mcgonagall cant protest what she was about to say professor dumbledore looked her in the eyes

"the only family they have." he continued

they stopped in a house

"these two childrens will be famous. there wont be a children who doesnt know their names" professor mcgonagall prosest again

"exactly. they are better off growing up away from all of that, until they are both ready."

professor mcgonagall gave in and place the baby girl first and rubbed her cheeks almost crying, soon after professor dumbledore placed the little girl's brother beside her as they sleep fully. the two professor then notice the sniffling at the back

"there, there, hagrid its not really goodbye, after all"

hagrid just nods and placed a small letter at the boy's stomach

"goodluck, harry james potter.
goodluck y/n lilyvia potter." professor dumbledore said.
