At the end of Chapter 8, the Mighty Trio get infected by a trio of true ViRUSES. They would soon go after the rest of the survivors to infect them in Chapter 9. One-by-one would each survivor get infected. However, once everyone gets infected, they have a change of heart and work together to disinfect themselves, returning back to normal.
At the end of Chapter 9, Galileo gets infected and would go after the other survivors in Chapter 10. He, too would have a change of heart and the Mighty Trio would disinfect him.
