Chapter #5

After the weekend, Shehroz went to his university. It been a week since that incident. Rumaisa and Ahad were not attending the university so Shehroz thought that it was okay since Rumaisa was hospitalised. When Shehroz entered he saw his class fellows discussing something. He was not in the mood so he quickly went in to see her. He rushed to her class she was missing. Shehroz sighed in disappointment and went to his class. Again, Ahad was missing. He shook his head and sat on his usual spot last bench next to the window. Soon, he heard something which gained his attention . His class fellows were discussing about Ahad's disappearance.

"Ahad will no longer join the university" one of them said
"Yeah, he left Pakistan and no one knows where he is" someone else said
"Even his sister left with him" this was something he didn't expect
"What do you mean he left? Where is he? Where is his sister?" Shehroz asked
"Oh! They left Pakistan and no one knows where they are" one boy replied

Hearing this, Shehroz sprinted out of the room. He called Shehryaar to pick him up. On the other side, Shahyan was feeling restless. He was not okay.

Shahyan's POV:
I don't know what is wrong. It feel like someone is stabbing my heart. I can't breath properly. It been a week since this is happening. I hope I can see you today love. Soon, tear started roll down my cheeks. I was feeling my heart heavy. It felt like someone placed a huge weight on my chest. I closed my eyes to wipe my tears when someone barged into my cabin. Anger rushed through my viens. I turned to find a breathless Shehroz followed by a worried Shehryaar. Shehroz's face was wet with tears.

"Bhai" he whispered
"Hmm" I replied
"Woh chali gaye" he said
(She is gone)
"Kon?" I asked
(Who?)
"Rumaisa" he said lowly

My heart dropped. I couldn't breath. My surroundings started to blur. My hands were shaking. My heart was hammering. My brain couldn't understand what was he trying to say. My world seems to fall apart. Daadi ma was right when she said "Barbaadi Mubarak" She left? Where? Where is she? How can she leave me? He is joking, right? This was his decision?

Shahyan was looking at Shehroz with disbelief and pain in his eyes. Tears started to flood through. His knees gave up and he fall on the ground. Seeing this, Shehryaar call all of the brothers. After a few minutes, the rest of the Khan brothers barged into Shahyan's cabin but the scene they witnessed was enough to break their heart. They saw a very strong Shahyan, who never once shed a tear for anything was sobbing in Shehryaar's arms. He was crying like baby. Plucking up the courage, Wajdaan walked to him. Wajeeh placed his hand on Shahyan's shoulder. Wajdaan, who was close to Shahyan walked forward.

[Important note:
Wajdaan and Shehryaar were close to eachother. They were best buddies but both of them didn't had any idea of him being involved with Rumaisa. The only person who was aware was Shehroz but he vowed to keep it a secret until Shahyan himself didn't tell anyone]

"Kya hua?" Wajdaan asked softly coming forward
(What's wrong?)
"Woh chali gaye bhai! Woh kaisay ja sakti hai?! Mein mar jaounga unn kay baghair! Meray dil ki dharkan hain woh! Meray jeenay ki wajah hain woh! Mera sakoon hain woh! Mein kaisay unnkay baghair rahonga?! Unnko bolein k woh wapis aajaye! Please bhai unnko bolein k woh aajaye! Mein kabhi kisi unnki taraf dekhnay bhi nahi donga aur batameezi toh door ki baat hai! Bhai meri iss andhair zindagi ja uajala hain woh! Mein kabhi unnka shikayat ka mauka bhi nahi donga! Please unnko bolein k woh wapis aajaye!" Shahyan cried hugging Wajdaan
(She is gone! How can she leave?! I will die! She is my heartbeat! My only reason to live! My only solace! How can I live without her?! Ask her to come back! Please ask her to come back! I will not let anyone see her let alone disrespect her! She is the only light in my dark life! I will not give her any chance of complaint!please just ask her to come back)

By now Shahyan was a crying a mess. Seeing his condition, the eyes of Khan brothers burned in anger. They knew Rumaisa had no idea about all this mess. They calmed him after a lot of difficulties and they left for home. The males of the family were settled in the lounge with worry evident in their eyes. When the siblings entered, everyone had anger radiating them. Shahyan quietly stood in front of Dawood Ali Khan.

"I will fight for her" he announced
"You are a Khan, you must fight for her" his grandfather replied with the same intensity

Nodding his head, he turned and signalled Wajdaan and Shehryaar to follow him. He took his brothers and guards. After a while, they reached their destination. Getting out of The car, the three Khan brothers made their way towards the entrance. He knocked the door which was answered by the watchman who was captured by Shahyan's guards. He entered the house and went directly in. His eyes roam around but he didn't find her.

"Ahmad! Come out now!" Hearing his voice, the entire Rajput family came where he was
"The fuck you are doing here?" Azlaan asked angrily
"Where is Rumaisa?" Shahyan asked calmly

Hearing this, Ahmad walked towards him but Wajdaan signalled his people to capture the men. Shehryaar sat on the couch enjoying the show while Wajdaan was quietly observing Shahyan who was oddly calm. He pointed his gun towards Umaima Rajput. Seeing this the boys stopped struggling but Asghar Rajput, Asiya Rajput, Umer Rajput and Umaima Rajput were pushed back into the painful memories. Recovering from the pain, Umaima Rajput spoke boldly.

"Agar meri beti ka pata bataya toh behan k saath saath maa k janazay ki tayaari kar layna" Umaima Rajput warned
(If you tell them about my daughter's where about then along with you sister prepare your mother's funeral as well)
"Aaj bhalay sab ko maar daalo lekin meri beti ka pata nahi lagay ga" Umer Rajput spoke through his gritted teeths
(Today even if you kill us, you will not get her location)
"Aapki beti k saath saath mera Ishq hain" Shahyan said
(She is my love along with your daughter)
"Mein iss baar ziyadti honay nahi donga" Umer Rajput spoke confidently
(I will not let any injustice take place this time)
"Mein bhi nahi honay donga" Shahayn said
(Even I will not let any happen)
"Mein Rumaisa ki shaadi tumsay nahi honay donga" Umer Rajput told
(I will not let Rumaisa marry you)

Listening to him, Shahyan looked at him with amusement. After a few long moment, he smiled and spoke in a challenging tone.

"Mein nay unn say Ishq kiya hai aur aap nay suna hai...

Ishq junoon jab had say barh jaye
Hastay hastay aashiq suli charh jaye
Ishq ka jaadu sar charh kar bolay
Khoob lagalo pehray rastay Rab kholay...

Challenging Umer Rajput, Shahyan turned to leave. Seeing him leave, Wajdaan and Shehryaar along with his guards left leaving Umer Rajput and Umaima Rajput with a whirl pool of thoughts.
