After a few months, me and Tom finally moved to the United States and bought our first house. But we're not alone, just across the street is Kate and Georg's house.
A few blocks away is Bill and his boyfriend's Rowan apartment, but also Gustav's. We heard that his currently seeing someone
Nevertheless, we want him to be happy too. I'm now two weeks pregnant and we haven't been to the doctor yet
me and Tom are very confused as to why my bump looks like a second trimester now. It's growing bigger and larger every week than an average pregnancy
But Tom and I are very thrilled yet thankful for this blessing we have received. Tom wanted to be a father for a long time now, and I do too.
The only problem is, that he got very protective and caring of me
I'm not complaining but sometimes because of my pregnancy hormones and mood swings, it irritates me.
How he won't let me pick up any heavy boxes or things that I can handle and won't even gonna affect my body that much
he reads pregnancy books so Tom always checks the food I eat to see if it's bad or good for me and the baby.
It's frustrating not to eat sushi for nine months! The morning sickness is tiring, but they said after the second trimester
it will slowly go away. I'm now eight weeks pregnant, and this pregnancy couldn't be happier
Me and Tom just got back from the store to pick up some Groceries with Milo, and we're now both currently spending our time in the living room. It took us three days just to settle in this house, but I can say it's very worth it
It's modern on the inside while slightly old-style outside. Lots of tall windows and plants
I chuckled as I continued stroking Tom's cheeks while he placed the other side of his face in my bump.
I'm currently lying on the couch and Tom is too, listening to the heartbeat of our baby
"Me and Mommy can't wait to meet you... We're both very thrilled to see what you look like, to watch you grow, and see if you say 'mama' or 'dada,' as you're the first word " I heard Tom mumble and place another kiss in my bump
He loved doing this after finding out I was pregnant. Tom gives me more erection and attention
but at night, he just lies down lower in me, spending quiet time talking to our baby and sleeping with me.
" I can't wait to show you the world for the first time. Where you'll get to experience eating you're first ice cream like what me and you're mama did on our first date " Tom continues, looking up and I can't help but not smile when remembering that memory years ago
We were young back then, and I can remember how my life was in the past.
" going out to the beach where you'll feel the ocean water for the first time " He continues and caresses my bump.
But our moment was cut off when our telephone began ringing on the coffee table beside us. Causing Milo to wake up but soon go back to his sleep
" Can you reach it for me, love? " I asked and Tom nodded. He picks his phone from the tale and answered the call
"Hello?— oh! Are you sure?... What did the doctor say? Ok, me and Adeline will be there immediately " Tom responded and ended the call, I carefully sat up from the couch and I was confused about who just called him
" it's Gustav, he told me that Kate's water just broke " He explained.
My eyes widened and I felt my heart start pounding in my chest
" then let's get immediately dressed! " I said, we headed upstairs to our bedroom, I just grabbed whatever outfit I pulled out from our closet and went to the car with Tom
The entire time we were on the car ride, Tom was calm and focused on the road while his right hand was placed down my bump.
"Adeline, take a deep breath and calm down. I'm sure Kate and Gustav are both okay— stress or anxiety is really bad for our baby " They then explained. I nodded my head and took a deep breath like he said
Tom glances at me and smiles, picking up my left hand and placing a kiss on my knuckles.
By the time we arrived at the hospital, the others were already outside, alongside Catherine, Uncle Steve, and his new wife who greeted us very welcoming.
Bill and Georg were also waiting patiently outside the room, and I could tell that all of us were excited to see the baby
" make sure you name him after me " Bill softly says as his both hands are placed on my bump,
Tom, while beside me and having his arm wrapped around my waist rolls his eyes at his brother. I laughed
" Don't worry Bill. We're still gonna stick with the name Tommy and Billy " I replied making a grin spread across his face
but then there was a doctor that came out from the room and told us that the couple wanted to see us all.
Walking inside the room, I can't help but not tear up when seeing Catherine holding her first grandchild in her arms. Kate, tiredly lay down on the hospital bed with a smile on her face while Gustav never left her side
I greeted her and asked her if she was okay, luckily she said her birth went smoothly. Catherine looks up at me and carefully places the baby in my arms
I stared down at the little girl, feeling a tear roll down my cheeks. She was so cute and yet fragile, and she just looked like Kate
" what's her name? "I asked softly and looked at the couple who shared a look and smile.

Kate replies. And I felt my heart swelled with happiness as I look back down at the baby.
Years ago me Kate and we're just some high school students who never really knew what would happen to us in the future, but knowing that having a family and a husband is her dream for a long time now. I know she's very happy
