CHAPTER- 05
FRIENDSHIP BLOSSOMS:
An evening of movements

After a week since Dviti's returned, she settled back into her routine quite easily. It was a typical day after tuition, and usually, she and Zain would head out for some delicious panipuri. However, today was different; they had decided to switch things up and opt for momos instead.
Dviti made sure to inform her mom about her plans before leaving home.

As she stepped out, she spotted Zain waiting for her at their usual meeting spot. Without wasting any time, they set off together, the suspense of trying something new and adding a spark to their outing.

Along the way, Zain brought up the idea of inviting their friend Samarth to join them, a suggestion that both Dviti and Zain found agreeable.
Excitedly, Dviti urged Zain to call Samarth right away, and as they neared Samarth's home, Zain pulled out his phone and dialed Samarth's number. With the phone in hand, Dviti took over and extended the invitation to Samarth, who readily accepted. Feeling excited, Dviti instructed Samarth to join them immediately since they were just outside his house.

With the plan set in motion, all three friends were soon walking together, their laughter and chatter filling the air. The late afternoon sun cast a warm glow over the surroundings, and a gentle breeze played with their hair as they walked along. Dviti couldn't help but feel a sense of happiness at the possibility of spending time with her friends and trying something new.

With Samarth on board, the trio set off once again, their footsteps echoing against the pavement as they made their way to their destination. As they walked together, the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm glow across the sky. The cool evening breeze danced through the streets, carrying with it the promise of dusk. Streetlights flickered to life, illuminating their path as they continued on their journey.

Amidst this calm atmosphere, Dviti's gaze was drawn to the delicate flowers decorating the trees lining the street. Mesmerized by their beauty, she paused in her tracks, her eyes sparkling with wonder. Meanwhile, Zain and Samarth, caught up in their conversation, walked ahead, clueless to Dviti's sudden appeal.

With a playful smile, Dviti decided to pluck one of the flowers as a memento of their evening together. However, her efforts were blocked by her small height, and despite her best attempts to jump and reach the flower, it remained just out of her grasp. The sound of her flats against the pavement broke the silence, drawing the attention of Zain and Samarth, who turned to see what had caused the disturbance.

Seeing Dviti standing beneath the flower, her determination evident despite her failed attempts, Zain and Samarth shared a knowing glance. Understanding the situation, they exchanged a silent agreement before Samarth took a step back towards Dviti, his eyes alight with mischief and affection.

With a teasing smirk, he gently rebuked Dviti for her inability to reach the flower, playfully commenting on her little altitude. Stepping closer to her, he reached up and effortlessly plucked the flower from the branch, presenting it to her with a flourish. Dviti's face lit up with joy and gratitude as she accepted the flower, feeling like a princess at that moment.

Moved by Samarth's gesture, Dviti held the flower close to her heart, her smile glowing as they continued their walk together. In that simple exchange, amidst the fading light of the evening, the bond between Dviti and Samarth grew even stronger, a testament to the power of friendship and the beauty of shared moments.

As they continued on their way, Dviti proudly displayed the flower to Zain, her eyes still twinkling with amusement from Samarth's thoughtful gesture. With the flower clutched gently in her hand, they made their way to the momo stall, the aroma of steaming dumplings flowing through the air.

Approaching the stall, they ordered two plates of momos, originally intended for just Dviti and Zain. However, in the spirit of fellowship and friendship, they decided to split the delicious treats with Samarth. After all, isn't sharing food one of the purest forms of bonding among friends?

The momos arrived, piping hot and bursting with flavor. Samarth and Zain eagerly dug in, savoring each bite with enthusiasm. However, Dviti despite her initial hunger, found herself unable to eat much, perhaps still overwhelmed by the events of the evening.

With a selfless gesture, she passed her portion of momos to Samarth, who happily accepted the extra food. As he polished off the remaining dumplings, laughter and conversation flowed freely among the trio, creating memories that would last a lifetime.

After their delightful evening, Dviti and Zain made their way to tuition, Meanwhile, Samarth, being conveniently close to the tuition center, headed home briefly to retrieve his books before promptly returning to join his friends.

As he made his way home, Dviti glanced in his direction and noticed him pausing to converse with Aadhya, one of our classmates. Before she could dwell further on their interaction, her attention was diverted by the distinct voice of Zain, calling out my name from somewhere nearby. With a glance in his direction, she realized he was beckoning her to join him, gesturing toward the stairwell leading to the next floor. Without hesitation, Dviti decided to accompany Zain.

Back at the tuition center, the trio settled into their usual routine, immersing themselves in their studies with determination and focus. Despite the distractions and excitement of their earlier outing, they remained engaged in their pursuit of knowledge, each supporting and encouraging the other along the way.
