¿Qué hora es? (What time is it?)
Son las tres en punto. (It's three o'clock)
9 o'clock= Nueve en punto
Half past 9= Nueve y media
A quarter to 9= Las nueve menos cuarto
A quarter past 9= Las nueve y cuarto
Now, try to say the time:

5:45
12:00
