Consequences

"BOARDING FLIGHT 32."
An announcer's voice boomed.
I was going to be late!
Rushing to the gates with my suitcase,
I forgot to look where I was going.
*CRASH*
I bumped into a handsome man with no luggage at all.
All my luggage was scattered all over the floor.
As I was bending over to pick my stuff up,
My head clashed with the man's.
"Sorry."
We both mumbled as I let him help me with my things.
I looked at his perfect face.
He looked familiar.
"Don't go, Channi."
He said looking straight into my eyes.
What?
How did he know my name?

Then I realized,
It was Tae!
But how?
He was so good-looking!
"You know I like you."
The handsome man who was actually Tae continued.
Suddenly, there was an alarm blaring in the airport.
*BLEEP* *BLEEP* *BLEEP*
Tae grabbed my hand and pulled me towards the doors away from the boarding gates.
"Don't look back, just run away with me!"
He shouted at me over the blaring.
Another hand suddenly grabbed my other arm and started pulling me towards the gates again.
The blaring got louder.
*BLEEP* *BLEEP* *BLEEP*

"Don't go, Channi!"
Tae begged me, his eyes starting to swell with tears.
"Come on, Aecha!"
The other hand said, still pulling me towards the blaring.
"Channi!" Tae cried, my hands slipping out of his grip.
*BLEEP* *BLEEP* *BLEEP*
"Wake up!
We're going to miss the plane!"
Said the other hand.
And so obediently,
I woke up.
