The day went by faster today.

I reach the pack house and went to my office.

I got to work when I saw the amount of papers stacked on my desk.

The sooner the better.

~3 HOURS LATER~

Finally all done I looked at my watch to see it's 6 p.m.

I mind-linked Matthew to bring some food for me to my bedroom.

As I opened the door to my bedroom. I saw Mr Williams's daughter Brittney sitting on my bed.

"What do you want Brittney?" I spat.

"Oh come on baby..you know what I want, you know what you want" she said walking towards me.

"Yes I know what I want, I want you to get out of my room"

I mentally smirked at myself. Take that bitch.

"You'll regret this later" she said and stomped off.

Why would I regret when I have a mate.

Who is not next to me.

Damn.

Can't wait till I get to hold her in my arms

Just then I heard a knock.

"Come in"

"Hey man here's your food"

"Thanks"

KAYDEN P.O.V

I really want to see Blake again though.

I guess I have to wait till tommorow.

"Hey mom"

"Hey baby, guess what day is it tommorow?" my mom said all happily

"What day is it tommorow?" I said dumbfounded

"It's your birthday hun"

Oh.My.God

How could I forget my own birthday!!

"Haha uhh I err forgot, anyways mom I'm going to my room call me when dinner's ready"

"Sure" my mom smiled sweetly at me.

Well, what shall I do now? I still can't get over the fact that I had forgotten my own birthday.

It's just a birthday what's the worst that could happen.

Let's just concentrate on the new kid

I went to Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Snapchat, Instagram. Looks like he's famous by girls.

~Dinner~

"Mom?"

"Yes honey?"

"Where's dad? I haven't seen him since I came back"

I saw my mom tensed a little and her jaw tightened a little

"He- uh he has work Kayden"

Woah wait a second my mom never uses my full name unless she's really serious.

"Is there something you're hiding from me?"

"No I'm not hiding anything from you, Kayden"

Mom is acting weird.

I finished dinner and excused my self.

I went to my room and took my beauty sleep, can't wait till tommorow.

EMILY'S P.O.V ( Kayden's mom)

Tomorrow is my daughter's birthday which means she is going to shift.

We didn't tell Kayden because she was in danger when she was younger.

Rogues always tried to kidnap her but me and John (Kayden's dad) would always be there on time.

So we decided to not tell her about wolves and told the witches to erase her memories.

John is in a meeting with some packs. He is actually an Alpha of the Silver Moon pack and I'm the Luna. The Silver Moon pack isn't that far from the Blood Shadow pack.

We definitely keep good treaties between each other.

I tried mind-linking John but he kept blocking me out.

Guess I have to wait till tommorow then.
