Yup, it's Malachite, one of my favorite characters! I don't why but I just love her. Maybe because there's Jasper involved, tehehe.
Here is the version before it was edited in Pixlr. The colors look horrible and I spent 15 or more minutes using "splash" to color in the red in "Chains" and making everything else black and white except for Malachite's green eyes.

I like the final version. But I did so many changes in font and style because I just wasn't satisfied.
