Renee had only been in San Diego less than 26 hours and already her cousin summer had ditched to go see a movie with her boyfriend Evan
So Renee decided to head down to her aunts cafe just down the road
She walks in nervously
"Hey Renee sweetie called her aunt everything ok?" She asked
"Yeah I'm fine just thought I'd come by and grab a bacon sandwich and a lemonade"
"Off course honey where's summer did she give you a tour of San Diego ?"
"Oh not exactly ... she wanted to go see a movie with this boy"
"Oh really!..?sit down I'll bring it over to you"
"Thanks" sits down at a table getting comfortable then a voice behind spoke "so this is your first time in San Diego" Renee turned round to see a girl her age with brown straight hair (Mexican Italian)
"... yeah I'm only here for 2 weeks then I return home to my mum in Toronto"
"Wow you are far then I'm brie" she smiled
Renee replied back "hi I'm Renee"
"Beautiful name Renee"
"Yours too"
"Come sit with me" brie insisted
The girls sat and talked for over 20 minutes
"you know you remind me of my sister apart from the fact your blonde not mexican italian and your not my twin" brie giggled
"Really?" Renee giggled also she now felt very comfortable around brie
"Yeah your family means everything to you no matter how bad things got you stuck around!"
Then a pale skin and black haired girl walked in greats the two regular guys and goes to the counter
"Hey Stacey I left my school bag here she admits"
"No worries I put it in my office" stacey goes to get it
Pagie spots the new face and goes over
"Hey brie who's the new face"
"This is Renee Stacey's niece and TJ and summers cousin brie introduced"
"Ahh hi I'm Pagie I work part time here and at Mickies"
"Wow two jobs you look so young"
"Why thank you I'm 15 16 soon though"
"So where's summer?" Pagie asked
"On a date she was ment to show me San Diego so now I'm here and I met brie and got a rocking bacon sandwich"
"Haha I like you" Pagie declared "if you want you can clear your schedule tomorrow me and brie can show you around If your up for it brie" Pagie turned to brie
"Oh off course My days always free brie says plus I'm liking hanging out with Renee already"
"Great well see you here for 10 tomorrow"
Renee nods
"Here you go Pagie" Stacey hands to her
"Thanks Stacey see you tomorrow Renee and brie" pagie smiled
"Bye" Pagie leaves
"...she's really nice"
"Yeah she's friendly!" Brie admits
Tj and nattie walk in hey mum "where's my little cousin" TJ asked
"Over here" Renee shrugged
"Hey wow you cut your hair" he replies as he hugs her tightly
