WHAT I USED:

Open a plain colored background and add your png then tap lighten. Next, and the same png and make it black and white. To do that, tap effects.

Choose a filter that you like the best (I used B&W HDR). Then tap free and make a shape. I decided to cut half of the face (make sure the edges are clean before you tap the check mark). Once you're done with that, tap lighten. Then move the cut png where it should be and tap the check mark.

And you're done!
