Go to Phonto and choose a plain background (I choose black) and add your title. Save then go to PicsArt.
In PicsArt, with your cover done, add your title. Then tap effects, distort, and swirled. Then adjust the settings how you like it. Tap the check mark and tap screen of your background is black. Tap multiply or darken if your background is white.
