Open a background that you like, and add your face claim. Then select the draw tab, and choose a color by selecting the ink dropper and hover over a color you like the best.

Next, paint the entire cover and tap the layers tab. Select overlay and adjust the opacity. When you're done, tap the check mark, and continue to edit the cover to your liking.
