Clockwork absolutely hated shopping for a grad dress, and just shopping in general. She wasn't very comfortable with her own body either, preferring to stick to looser clothing. When she finally found a dress she liked, her parents were like "oh no it's too dark" and "oh it's too heavy"
Jane, on the other hand, had the utmost luck with finding a dress. Everything looked amazing on her, and it took her less than 24 hours to find something she liked.
