I met a man

His name was despair

"Death is dark," he said.

"Death is cold," he said.

"Death is the end," he said.

"Follow me," he said.

"If you want to win."

"Win what?" I asked.

"Pleasure," he replied.

"Follow me," he said.

"If you want the best."

"What is the best?" I asked.

"To be first," he replied.

I met a man

His name was hope.

"Death is neither dark nor light," he said.

"Death does not have to be cold," he said.

"Death is not the end," he said.

"Follow me," he said.

"If you want the truth."

"What is the truth?" I asked.

"I AM," he replied.

"Follow me," he said.

"If you want life."

"What is life?" I asked.

He replied, "I AM."
