Balthazar

Years ago I had been a goddess who fought along side the angels. During my last battle with the angels I left early because I didn't wish to fight anymore. I thought. I left all of it behind until I met up with one of the reasons I left.

"So she lives. And here I thought you where dead." A voice said from behind me.

I turned around and dropped the bowl I was carrying, making it hit the floor and break in half.

"Balthazar." I said softly.

"I was surprised when Cas told me you where alive. I couldn't believe it. My partner, my (y/n) alive. I thought how could she be alive, when during our last battle together she disappeared, I thought she must be dead, but here you are." He said walking up to me.

"Balthazar.... I."

"Don't. You abandoned me and all the other angels who put your life in their hands! And for what! Tell me why did you abandoned us!" He yelled as anger boiled up inside of him.

"Because I wanted out. I couldn't fight anymore.... I knew if I fought I would fight again because I couldn't.... I couldn't say no to you. So I faked my death and I abandoned you... and I am so sorry." I said looking up at him with tear felled eyes.

"You could have told me you wanted out! Why didn't you just tell me? Why.... why make me think you died?" He asked as tears streamed down his face.

"Because.... I didn't want to leave you. Because I loved you.... and I still do." I said through tears.

He looked at me shocked as I picked up the pieces of the bowel.

"I knew if you knew I was alive I would never get over you. I would never let you go and you wouldn't " I said as I put the pieces on a plate. 

"Why didn't you tell me? I could have left with you." He said crouching to my height.

"That's why I didn't tell you. I knew you would have went with me, and I wasn't going to allow you to abandon your family." I said with a smile.

"You drive me crazy you know that?" He asked with a chuckle.

"I've been told." I said with a smile.

He laughed as he picked the plate up with the pieces on it and threw them away. I stood up and smiled as he walked up to me and wrapped a arm around me.

"Darling you mean the world to me." He said kissing me.

I smiled as I kissed him back and then pulled away and kissed his cheek.

"You mean the world to me also.... my darling Balthazar." I said kissing him again.
