Dr. Berger(sighs): I can tell when you're lying. Now why'd she "advise" you to come here?
Nate(sighs): Because I think too much, well- not really but I-I knew she was thinking that.
Dr. Berger: Ah, and you know this friend of yours very well?
Nate(nods): Yes, well, no. Um, yeah, maybe. No. It's complicated.
Dr. Berger: Complicated?
Nate(nods): Yeah.
Dr. Berger: And you didn't wanna come?
Nate: Yeah, I-I well, no. I don't like (catches himself)...therapy.
Dr. Berger(chuckles): Why? Therapy scares you?
(Nate shrugs)
Dr. Berger: Does it?
Nate: No.
Dr. Berger(rolls eyes): lying again. You know I'm starting to realize why you don't know this girl friend of yours.
Nate(snaps): She's not my girl friend!
Dr. Berger: I never said she was- I just said girl friend...
Nate(angry): Okay, can we get to the therapy already?
Dr. Berger(smiles): It's already started...
