All three of these words are words for you but are used in different ways.
Usted Usted is the formal way to say you used in every Hispanic country. This is used for strangers, acquaintances, people in power (your boss, president, someone to impress). Example: ¿Cómo está usted?
Tú Tú is the informal way to say you (sometimes is formal). This word is for friends, family and casual uses. This is used in Mexico, Guatemala, Panama, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Venezuela, Peru, Spain and Equatorial Guinea. Example: ¿Cómo estas? (¿Cómo estás tú?)
Vos You probably learned Tú not Vos in school since Mexico is the closest Spanish speaking country (if you're in the USA) and Mexico does not use Vos. Vos is the other (mostly) informal word to say you. This word is for friends, family and casual uses. This is used in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Columbia, Ecuador, Venezuela (in some areas), Perú, Bolivia, Paraguay, Chile, Argentina and Uruguay. Example: ¿Cómo está vos?
