chapter 27/28

The rest of the week went by really quickly. Dropping Thomas off at school took no time at all because they lived so close. Eventually it was the day of Thomas's first actual sleepover. Ben and Rey packed an extra bag for Thomas but held onto it while they walked him to school. As soon as they arrived they ran into Alice. They greeted each other and she gave Thomas's extra bag to Alice, Alice gave them her address so that they could pick Thomas up after the sleepover.

They hugged him goodbye and Rey reminded him that he was going over to Jake's for the night so they wouldn't be there to pick him up from school. Thomas half nodded half ran back to Jake and Ben and Rey had no choice but to hope that he understood.

They walked off hand in hand back to their house. As soon as they arrived home, Rey noticed the dishes that had been piled up in the sink from breakfast.

"Ben, didn't I ask you to put these into the dishwasher?" she scolded at him. He looked up at her and gave her a weak smile.

"sorry" he said. He walked over to the dishes and put them away. She could get use to this life.

They had nothing to do and Rey just stood there while he washed the dishes. He turned around and walked over to a small radio that sat on the counter and he turned it on. Sweet, soft music played and Rey smiled to herself as she was reminded of the time when they had danced in the restaurant. He could feel her thinking about the dance they had, so when he had finished the dishes he turned around and grabbed her hand and pulled her closer to him.

He placed a hand on her waist and held the other hand at shoulder height. She held onto his shoulder and he swayed with her for a few seconds before unleashing his full dancing ability. He lifted her into the air and she couldn't stop the soft giggle that flew out of her mouth. He lead her in a dance that made her turn and step and dip, eventually the song came to a close. She wrapped her hands around his neck and he pulled her closer to him.

She stared into his eyes as he drew himself closer to her. Her heart fluttered as he placed his lips gently to hers. She wanted to freeze time.

She could feel their energy mingle and intertwine as they both deepend the kissed. She pushed herself closer to him and he held her tighter. All too soon, they pulled apart. She placed her cheek on his chest and he gently stroked her back.

They stayed together for the rest of the day, just holding on to each other and they both decided that they were going to go out for dinner. When it got dark, Rey pulled on her white outfit and took out her hair. She was looking at herself in the mirror and decided to take her cape off, leaving her with a sleeveless top, pants and black boots.

She walked down the stairs and she instantly saw him look up at her. He couldn't help but stare and his mouth hung open and he closed it when he noticed.

"you look beautiful" he said as he wrapped her up into a hug. She blushed into his chest and grabbed his hand.

They arrived at the restaurant and grabbed a seat. The service was very fast and they both had their meal in front of them in no less than 15 minutes. After their meal she noticed him fiddling with something in his pocket.

"what's wrong" she said looking at him suspiciously.

"I want to give you something" he said as he met her eyes. She gave him a smile and he pulled out a small box from his pocket. She carefully opened it and gasped when she saw what was inside it.

Inside the box lay the bracelet with blue and red gems she had admired a couple if weeks ago.

She looked up at him with a shocked face.

"Ben... It's so beautiful" she said while she pulled it out of the box. She put it on and he grabbed her hand to admire it. They stayed for another 30 minutes until they decided to head home.

While walking along, he put his arm over her shoulders and she leaned in closer to him. After they had unlocked the door, Ben sweeped her up into the bridal position and swung her around. She giggled as he placed her back down and she reached up and placed a kiss on his cheek.

"thank you for tonight" she wrapped her arms around his neck and she leaned in and kissed him on the lips. He kissed her back and held his hands at her waist.

"I think I'm going to go and have a bath" she said sighing to him after they had pulled apart.

"do you mind if I come and join you?" he said with a cute grin. She gave him a small smile and walked up the stairs letting him decipher what it meant.

She didn't know if she wanted it but she knew that was only because of what Poe had done to her. She was still shy about her body but she realised that Ben had already practically seen her naked body and she relaxed at the thought. She didn't know what the rest of the night had install for her but whatever it was...

She was ready.

Smut warning**

She sat there bathing in the warm water, letting the bubbles engulf her small frame. She was right about the size of the tub, it was pretty much a spa compared to her small frame. When she sat in the water it covered her whole body leaving the top half of her chest and above to sit above the water. She sat up and pulled her knees to her chest and scrubbed at her legs. She was so lost in thought that she hadn't even realised that he had joined her. She looked up to see him sitting down in the tub behind her. The bubbles and water stopped just below his chest. She smiled at him and felt a blush form on her cheeks. She remembered that she was fully naked underneath the water so she didn't move.

A warm feeling bubbled in her chest as she felt guilty. She knew then that she couldn't shy away from his touch anymore and quite frankly, she didn't want to shy away from his touch. Feeling more relaxed, she leant back in the water and layed to rest against his chest. She curled up against him placing her hands on his chest as she rolled onto her side. Still she strategically covered herself not ready to share that part of her. He tensed for a second and then relaxed, he wasn't anticipating this but he also wasn't complaining, he would let her do whatever she wanted at her own pace. He wrapped his arms around her bare waist and slid his fingers along her spine. She shivered at his touch. He gently placed a kiss at the top of her head and she looked up at him.

He gently placed his hand underneath her chin and pulled her head up so she was looking at him once more. He placed a gentle kiss to her lips, holding them there until he needed a breath of air. She sat there staring at him and she felt the warm feeling in her chest amplify and travel down her body. She eagerly smashed her lips to his when she realised what she wanted. Their tongues moved together tasting the others mouth when suddenly Rey felt confidence flow through her.

She sat up revealing her top half to him and readjusted her position. She turned so she was sitting in his lap, her legs straddling his waist. She pressed herself harder to him and wrapped her fingers into his hair. He obeyed her and wrapped his arms tightly around her waist, pressing her closer to him. She kissed him more urgently this time and she now couldn't stop the euphoria that flowed through her. He kissed her back just as urgently as his needs met hers.

His hands trailed up her back and around the front of her rib cage just below her breasts. She froze for a second as she realised that he felt the same way. That he also wanted his desires met. He felt her freeze and placed his hands back at her waist.

"we don't have to do anything" he whispered into her ear. She looked back up at him.

"I know" she whispered back as she kissed him again. He sat up straighter and adjusted her legs so they wrapped around his back.

"are you sure?" he asked her, pulling apart from her kiss. She placed her hands on his frame, admiring the muscles he had gained throughout the years and looked back up at him when she had her answer.

"Ben... I want you.... Only you"

She pressed her lips back up to his and she felt the relief flood through the both of them as they anticipated what would happen next.

(As of the 01/08/2020 I have decided to put chapter 27 and part of 28 together because, yes it did feature smut and people I knew started to read this story and I got super embarrassed so please leave a comment if I should repost the full chapter)
That is why I renamed this chapter "chapter 27/28"
But I'm so excited for you guys to read the rest of the chapters I have prepared omg
