it was during chem that we had our first real conversation.

and as expected, it was about luke.

"so.." you said, tapping your pencil's eraser on the experiment sheet, "you and luke are friends."

"yeah. we're friends."

"cool."

"yup. cool."

i could tell you wanted to say more, but you chose to stay quiet.

i didn't really care, though, so i shrugged it off
