.: meditation + time to kill :.

i have 8 hours to kill before i can go home today, so while i'm not busy i've been working on my ph-shifts. it seems to be working - i think i had a breakthrough last night while meditating!

I was working on a site layout yesterday while i was listening to my meditation track. It gave me something to do to keep me from falling asleep, and even though I was using my hands i still saw some results! I don't think I'm ready to start adding time to each section, but I AM starting to feel the shifts happen involuntarily again!

last night, I also felt my claws, and my spine was tingling during and after the tail section. I still can't feel it, but I can feel something happening where it's supposed to be!

Today, I keep feeling ears tingling on my head, and tingling on my nose and face. I might edit this later with more progress, since i'm two hours down with six to go and i've had lots of time to close my eyes and listen to what's going on around me. It's definitely making it easier to fel my ears, and a lot more fun than standing around doing literally nothing :p
