I have gotten a couple comments about my wording going from present to past, even though it’s happening then. It’s because It is the way she thinks, like it’s happening at that moment, and then she is removing herself from the scene, content to watch from above or think about the present as a memory. Natasha is a very complex character and she does this subconsciously.
So don’t worry about it, I did it on purpose.
