These summer transfers helped the team quite a bit as 3 of our 4 losses this year came from before we brought in these players.
Carstens was a really solid player for us and improved the defense a lot which allowed one of the higher overall center backs to move to the right.
Heider and Chong were both solid improvements up front and lead our team to the title. Although looking at it from a statistic point, Heider was the much better player, everytime Chong stepped onto the field he always put in a performance and did well.

Brought in Haldórsson because Leo Weinkauf got injured for 8 weeks and next highest overall keeper was 30 year old Steven Deana at 61. Although Deana put in a solid performance for us between the sticks, the two games he played in were both draws.
Scrambling to find a replacement keeper; I found Haldórsson and although he was only a couple overalls higher than Deana, I figured that he could use his experience and 6'4 frame to put in a solid performance.
He did just that. He didn't lose any games, kept a couple clean sheets and in the last game of the season, the title deciding game, he had numerous amount of crucial saves that helped us win the title.
That was the title deciding game and we took the three points and won the title
