Finally found a comparison. Aloha is taller but not by much. • I also noticed other different heights but this one I just wanted a straight answer.

I didn't notice until I reread this part. Goggles admires the 'skill' Skull has about eating a sweet incredibly fast, then Rider goes and does the same thing but his text bubble has darker rims indicating a deeper tone. Most likely in this situation, irritation.
Rider probably got a little 'jealous' then in the corner the two start glaring.
