It had been a few days and the kingdom fell silent for the Queen's death. Everyone was shocked and they were all in deep shock when they heard about her passing. Well the king and prince weren't doing so well either. The funeral was yesterday and so the castle was very quiet. The king was locked in his room while Taehyung was locked up in his office trying to do the paper work for his father. Jungkook didn't see much of either of them. He tried his best to look after them, but it was always difficult when they didn't want to show their emotions.

It was getting late and Taehyung still hadn't eaten. The king was recovering quicker than Taehyung. The king knew the Queen wouldn't want him to cry all day so he tried his best back to normal. Well normal, was actually the king preparing for Taehgung and Jungkook's wedding, and then the coronation. The king decided it was time to step down from the thrown after the Queen had died. So he had been planning the wedding first. Both Jungkook and Taehyung agreed to the wedding even though it was early in their relationship. The king had planned the wedding to be held in a 4 days time. Which meant the coronation would be held a few weeks afterwards.

Jungkook went to the study where Taehyung was. He knocked on the door and walked in.
"Tae you need to leave it now, it's getting late" Jungkook sighed looking at the elder.
"Koo leave me alone, I need to do the paperwork" Taehyung snapped at the boy.
"Tae come on" Jungkook pleaded.
"Jungkook leave!" Taehyung screamed, releasing his alpha pheromones in an aggressive way to push the omega away.

Jungkook whimpered from the pheromones. Any normal person would back down with the strong pheromones being let off, but Jungkook didn't. It phased him for a few moments but the voice of the Queen rang through his head.
'The job of a Queen is not only to assist the King, but control the king. Your job is to make sure the king doesn't fall apart'
Jungkook built up the courage and controlled the whimpering. He walked over to the Prince  and pulled out his chair. Jungkook sat on his lap and cupped the elders face.
"Taehyung I'm not going anywhere, you need to stop pushing yourself. You're tired, you haven't eaten, so you should stop" Jungkook demanded to the alpha.

Taehyung looked up at Jungkook with glossy eyes.
"Oh Tae" Jungkook sweetly spoke as Taehyung placed his head in Jungkook's chest.
He ran his fingers through Taehyung's hair at the back of his head. Taehyung cried into Jungkook's chest, he felt guilty for screaming at Jungkook, but he couldn't stop think about his mother.
"I'm so sorry" Taehyung cried into the boys chest.
"It's okay Tae" Jungkook giggled under his breath, showing no form of sadness.

Taehyung looked up at the boy on his lap with tears spilling out his eyes. Jungkook leant down and kissed the boys checks, peppering the boys face.
"I don't deserve you" Taehyung rasped out, his voice being hoarse from all he crying.
"Don't say that, of course you deserve me. You didn't mean to shout at me and I know that. You're tried and lack energy, of course you're going to get agitated. Now please, lets go eat and relax" Jungkook suggest softly which Taehyung nodded to.

Jungkook was about to stand up but Taehyung quickly held onto Jungkook tighter.
"Tae we need to get you some food"
"No I want to carry you" Taehyung pouted.
"Aish Tae I'm heavy" Jungkook struggled trying to get out the boys tight grip, but he was so much weaker than him so moving worked.
"Nope I want to carry my future Queen" Tae huffed.
"Taeeee but people will see" Jungkook then started to pout.
"Exactly" Taehyung snorted.
It showed that people can get over an darkness with a loved one, and that was certainly what Taehyung needed.

Taehyung stood up with a goofy smile, holding onto Jungkook tightly. Jungkook wrapped his legs around the princes waist, while his arm wrapped around Tae's neck.
"Ahh my beautiful baby" Taehyung chuckled holding the boy close as he walked out the study.
Jungkook blushed furiously when he saw the workers walking past staring at them. Jungkook dug his face into Tae's neck and whined in embarrassment.
Taehyung chuckled and rubbed the boys back softly as he walked down the staircase.
"You're so cute koo" Taehyung chuckled as Jungkook began to lick the boys collar bone as his head was in Tae's neck.

When they finished eating Jungkook grabbed Tae's hand and led him away from the table. They strolled through the long halls until they got back to their chamber. Taehyung flopped onto the bed with Jungkook following, which he flopped onto Taehyung instead. Taehyung grunted when the impact of Jungkook's body collided with his. Jungkook filled the room with his sweet giggles which made Taehyung smile brightly.

Jungkook shuffled up and looked at Taehyung with his huge, doe eyes. Taehyung tucked some hair behind the boys ear and stared at him with heart eyes.
"You are so pretty" Taehyung whispered making Jungkook blush.
They leaned forwards and attached their lips with each other's. They smashed their lips together and kissed at a fast pace. Taehyung pushed his tongue into the younger's mouth, tasting the sweet caverns of the boy. Jungkook whined against the kiss as Taehyung but didn't on the boys bottom lip.

When they pulled away from each other, they smiled brightly at one another.
"I love you petal, so much" Taehyung confessed to his omega.
Jungkook blushed and smiled brightly, flashing his adorable smile.
"I love you much more" Jungkook giggled softly.
"Wah no! I love you more" Taehyung gasped.
"Nuuuu I love you more" Jungkook frowned, showing a pout to the boy.
"No way I love you more my beautiful omega" Jungkook grew a brighter shade of red and pouted as he knew Tae won.
