It's happening!

Guys, it's happening! I have an incredibly exciting announcement to make.

But before we get to that, I hope that you are all having a fantastic day, and I hope that what I'm going to say is going to make it even better.

And now, before I drag it out any further, here it is:

Jenny's Heart is getting published!

It feels so surreal that this is actually happening that I'm sort of stuck in the middle of screaming my lungs out in excitement and running for the hills. Very strange reactions, I know, but just know that I am so excited for this to happen.

It's been in the pipelines for about a year now, but I didn't want to say something until I could give you guys a specific date on when it is going to become available to you, but more on that later.

First of all, a massive thank you to all of you for making this possible!

Thank you for joining me on this rollercoaster of a journey that is Jenny's Heart. I love writing so much, and I'm beyond grateful to have all of you whom I can share it with. I know this may sound cliche, but if it wasn't for all you wonderful readers, my story would never have become what it is today.

And so, as a token of my gratitude, I will be giving away never-before-seen content!

Everybody gets a bonus chapter!

The book is going to be published on February 22, 2022 EST. I'm still here on Wattpad, but for copyright reasons, my publisher has asked me to take down several chapters before publishing. I know that this is something you won't be very happy with, which is why I am giving you a chance to read it (or reread it) completely.

This book will become a sample of fifteen chapters on the 7th of February, 2022.

And now for some exciting news applicable to you, my wonderful readers.

My marketing team is setting up an author website for me! On this site, you can participate in a book cover contest for Jenny's Heart. You can create and submit the cover you've always wanted and imagined for the story. And I know there are some of you who have gifted me with covers in the past, so now will be your chance to put them forward to a publishing agency. And who knows? Maybe you'll be the lucky one to have his/her name on the book cover!

Of course, there are a few things you need to know before joining the contest:

• Send the cover to my agent at: ftwagent@gmail.com on or before February 8, 2022.

• Know that if we choose your cover, you will get credit on the physical cover. If you're an aspiring graphic artist, this can be a good addition to your portfolio and might bring you future work from us and other book publishers.

• If your cover wins, you will have to fill out a form that lets us have the cover.

• The use of copyrighted images is NOT allowed. Please use royalty-free images.

• If your cover wins, we will do everything we can to use it. However, you need to know that there can be odd reasons why we might not be able to. For example, we might not be able to use the Photoshop file because of an error or we might find a copyrighted image in the cover design.

The cover must meet the following requirements:

• High resolution in JPG and PSD (Photoshop) format so we can use it for the paperback version of the book

• 5.5 in x 8.5 in and 300 DPI (pixels per inch)

• Must have the book title "Jenny's Heart" and the author's name "Katelyn Dallis"

Some tips:

• The cover has to look good in Amazon thumbnail size. Attract possible readers; make them want to click on it.

• The text needs to be readable.

• Maximum use of two fonts only.

By the way, this is not mandatory. I'm only giving you guys the chance to get involved in the book launch because I couldn't have gotten here without you. And I can't thank you all enough!
