While Yuri was with his boss and co-worker celebrating his promotion Y/N was in their office looking through some paperwork when suddenly the sound of a knock came at their office door before it opened a nurse then popped her head in
"Ah! Doctor Y/N you have a patient here to see you"
"Alright send them right in" Y/N lightly smiled a young woman walked into the office and the door was closed as Y/N made sure the nurse was no where near the office
"I don't know why you went through the trouble of pretending to be one of my patient.. You could have just sent me a letter or something"
"What do you want that letter to land in the hands of the Secret Police and have your mission to fail?" Y/N let out a very small sigh after that had been said
"No I don't want that.. Anyways why are you even here?"
"It's about another mission that has come up Twilight will also be there to help out, or you can always give this mission to nightfall since after that attack during your mission from last night" Y/N grew quiet while thinking if they should hand over the new mission to Nightfall.
"Sure go ahead and inform nightfall about this mission i'll be a backup just in case they need it" the woman nodded when that had been said
"Right, well please take care of yourself Midnight we don't want you end up dead during one of your missions" Y/N nodded with a bit of a serious expression.
Once the young woman had left the office as Y/N grew quiet while thinking about what that woman had said
"We don't want you end up dead during one of your missions" i'll make sure that would never happen I wouldn't want to leave Yuri all by himself...
Y/N let out a sigh not really wanting to think about that
Why am i worrying so much about him? I know that someday he'll end up finding out that i'm a spy and i'll end up being captured by the Secret Police
Y/N laid their head against their desk as their finger traced small circles on it
It would be the end of me if Yuri found out I was a spy he would probably feel so betrayed.
While Y/N was kinda busy at their work Yuri was walking home from the bar
I wonder if Y/N would like it if I brought them lunch I mean it wouldn't be that bad paying a visit
That's when a little flower shop caught his eye he then stopped in his tracks and looked over at the flower shop
Hmm, maybe some flowers and lunch is a good idea too!
A bit of blush then creeped across Yuri's face as a bright smile appeared on his lips
Oooh! The look on Y/N's expression once they see what I have bought just for them would be the best in the entire world!
Yuri began giggling a whole bunch
Once buying both Y/N's favorite food and favorite flowers Yuri was happily skipping while also making sure he didn't drop anything
"Ooh! I can't wait to see Y/N! My lovely wife!" Yuri said loudly with the brightest smile only making a few people to look at Yuri with a weirded out expression as if Yuri was crazy.
When Yuri had arrived at Y/N's job they were busy doing some paperwork when Loid suddenly entered the office
"Hey Y/N" Y/N looked up and just smiled a bit
"Oh hey Loid, You need anything?"
"I just came to tell you that you have a little visitor" Y/N just tilted their head when Loid had said that
"And who could that visitor be? It better not be Franky it's been really awkward between me and him for a while now..." Loid just blinked a few times before pretending like he didn't hear the last part.
"Anyways.. It's Yuri Briar your little Husband~" Loid said while teasing Y/N which was pretty weird for him to do.
Y/N became very bright red after Loid had said that
"S-Shut up Loid!" Loid just shrugged when suddenly Yuri burst through the door with a very bright smile
"Y/N!!" Y/N jumped since that kinda spooked them.
Yuri then glared at Loid when he saw him
"What do you think your doing here Loidy! Get Lost!" Yuri said said while trying to take a swing at Loid only for Y/N to wrap their arms around Yuri's arm which instantly made him stop.
"Loid! Shoo shoo!" Loid blinked a few times when Y/N had said that so he just rolled his eyes and left the office.
Y/N then let go of Yuri and he happily gave them the flowers and the food
"Aww Yuri, you didn't have to" Yuri just shrugged when Y/N had said that
"Hey but you were probably very stressed and you really deserved it" Yuri smiled brightly which only made Y/N blush a bit after that had been said.
He's such an idiot.. An adorable one
Yuri then happily planted a small kiss on Y/N's forehead which surprised Y/N since they didn't really expect that
"Well I should head home I wouldn't want you getting drunk on the job" Y/N blinked a few times wondering what he meant by that when suddenly Yuri happily raised a bottle of wine which made Y/N super confused on how he even got that in the building.
"Well see ya later Y/N! Come back home safely!" Yuri smiled brightly before putting the wine back in the bag and leaving the office.
