"Minjae!" He called for his daughter as walked past another isle.

He couldn't help but to let out a sigh of frustration as he continued looking for her. He had been looking for the girl for a good couple of minutes now.

He had told her to stay with him but she didn't listen insisting that she was a big girl. He had turned to the meat section for not even a second and looked back at her, only to realize that she was gone.

She was insisting to go get the banana milk on her own but he refused because he knew she would get lost.

"I swear Minjae your tv privileges are going to be taken away for a whole week when I find you." He mumbled angrily as he looked through another isle.

A simple trip to the super market turning out to be something else. As he turned another corner he finally spotted the little girl making him sigh out in relief. He would never have forgiven himself if he had actually lost her. No matter what that little girl was his whole universe and more.

As he began to walk closer he noticed that his child was not alone but in the company of a boy who was slightly taller than her. His brows furrowed as he got closer and closer to the kids.

"Minjae." He called gaining not only the attention of his daughter but the boy as well.

When the boy whose back was facing him turned around he couldn't help but to feel his heart begin to race. He swears he could even feel tears begin to pool in his eyes as he looked at the familiar child. It had been so long since he had last seen him. A year and a half in fact.

"Jaehyun..." He whispered the name in a trance like state.

"Daddy look I found Jaejae and mommy is also somewhere in the store!" Minjae exclaimed happily as she stated the obvious.

Jaehyun who heard her words furrowed his brows but he soon shrugged it off thinking that she made a mistake.

"Jaehyun..." Jungkook said the boy-s name again and took a step toward him but it only made the boy move back.

Jaehyun wasn't very fond of the man and the last memories he had of him did not make things any better for Jungkook.

"I-I have to get back to my mom... bye Minjae... b-bye Mr Jeon." Jaehyun said before quickly turning and making his way toward the isle he knew his mother was in.

When he made it to the isle he saw his mother in the middle and began making his way toward her. Just as he was about to call out to her he was cut off by a smaller body pushing past him. It took him a second look to see that it was Minjae and he soon realized that the two had been following him.

"Mommy!" Minjae exclaimed before her body collided with Y/N's which was facing the other direction.

Y/N flinched as she felt small arms wrap around her waist which caught her off guard.

"Minjae?" She questioned as she finally managed to turn in the little girl's arms.

Her eyes had slightly widened in shock as she watched the little girl cry into her stomach. They widened even more when she more when she moved them from the little girl and toward the man who stood beside her son.

Her mind went blank as she and the male who broke her heart made eye contact. It was as if they were have a staring contest but that soon came to an end when the little girl who was hugging her let out a loud cry.

She reverted her eyes to Minjae before picking her up. She didn't know why but seeing the girl cry so much broke her inside. Hearing her cry felt like she losing everything.

"Sweet girl please don't cry... why are you crying honey." She asked as she patted the girl's back lovingly.

In response Minjae could only bury her head further into her mother's neck.

"Minjae missed you so much mommy." Minjae whispered but it was loud enough for Y/N to hear leaving her confused.

But she decided not to question it until the baby in her arms had finally calmed down. All she could do for now was to comfort her and make sure she didn't cry anymore.

Jaehyun on the other had just watched the scene unfold infront of him. He was confused as to why Minjae was behaving this way with his mother. From what he remembered they where not that close.

And Jungkook, he couldn't help but to tear up. Seeing his daughter finally in the arms of her real mother made him happy beyond belief. Though he didn't want Minjae to tell Y/N the news off the bat when they finally found her, he could understand how the little girl felt so he couldn't really blame her. He just had to explain everything in detail after his daughter's moment with her mother.

All I want to say is that this chapter need prayers😭😭 I tried so hard to make sure it wasn't awkward but it feels so awkward. I'll try to fix it in the future.
