AN: How was the story so far?

Chapter 6: Gotham Academy Elementary

3 hours before the start of the first subject, Jonas together with his parents already arrived at the Gotham Academy Elementary spending their time in the Principal's office.

" I see.. I understand the situation. would make sure that this information wouldn't get out Mr. Cane. "

" Make sure to do so. "

Jonas father said sternly. His father for the few days that he have observe him was a little lenient towards him. But when it comes towards his interaction with other people with the exception of his mother, he appeared to be a strict and stern person.

The Principal of Gotham Elementary then asked Jonas.

" Would you able to keep up with your studies despite your circumstances? "

Jonas mother pursed her lips looking displeased as she cross her hands together.

" We wouldn't sent our child to school if we aren't sure he would be able to keep up with his peers and if he wasn't okay with interacting with them. "

" I am double-checking and making sure, Mrs. Cane. I just want the best for our students. "

His mother then scoffed when she heard the Principal.

[ The Principal is corrupt and not above on taking bribe from the parents of rich students ]

Jonas decided to step up and not merely keep watching even it was the opposite of his new nature.

" I would be fine, Principal. I can memorize the master list of my classmates and my other teachers that you have given me and I would be fine even without my memories of their identity. "

With the exception of the principal and his classroom teacher, no one would know about Jonas Cane's condition of losing his memories. His parents decided to keep it a secret and Jonas agreed with their decision.

Just like his parents, he doesn't want the media to get ahold of the information and keep ruckus of it. He doesn't want gossip or rumors about the pitiful Jonas Cane. He doesn't want to be the center of attention or be given fake reassurance and sympathy.

They would be given their fake reassurance and sympathy to the wrong person. Their would be object for their sympathy and pities was already dead and a completed stranger was occupying his meat suit.

After that, his parents and principal discuss his missing assignments and activities. And then his parents talked to his classroom teacher.

They were reassured by Miss Vivian that she would help Jonas to reach out with his other teachers and they should understand his circumstances since he was kidnapped.

An hour before the first subject of the class would start, his parents bid him goodbye. His father hugged him briefly and reassured him.

" You don't need to worry if you couldn't keep up with today's lessons. "

[ Today's first subject for Grade 5-A is History. ]

Why did his father jinxed him? He was so screwed. He was busy researching about superheroes, villains and metahumans that he have forgotten studying the history of this world.

Hopefully, it wouldn't be too much different.

Jonas 'smiled' at his Father.

" ..Yeah. "

His mother then kiss his cheek.

" Jonas tell me if you encounter trouble at today's class later. Am I clear Jonas? "
