Chapter - 6 : Unveiling the Secrets & Unspoken Goodbyes

Scene 1: Sin-jin and Soo-jin's Car Ride

As Sin-jin drove towards Soo-jin's house, he couldn't help but chuckle at her continuous rambling about her admiration for Kang Mo-yeon. Soo-jin's excitement filled the car, her words flowing like a river of admiration and curiosity. Sin-jin, amused by her enthusiasm, decided to play along and keep his secret hidden.

Soo-jin: (excitedly) Oh my gosh, Sin-jin! I can't believe I'm going to intern at Haesung Hospital! Kang Mo-yeon is my idol! She's such an incredible doctor, and I've always dreamt of meeting her in person.

Sin-jin: (smiling) Well, Soo-jin, you're about to experience it firsthand. Kang Mo-yeon is indeed remarkable. Her dedication and expertise have won the hearts of many.

Soo-jin: (dreamily) I hope I can learn from her and become a great doctor like her someday. But wait, I wonder who Mo-yeon's husband is. Do you know him? Is he as impressive as she is?

Sin-jin couldn't help but hide his smirk, knowing that the person she was referring to was none other than himself. But he decided to keep the mystery alive a little longer.

Sin-jin: (teasingly) Ah, her husband? Well, let's just say he's lucky to have her. He might not be as exceptional as Kang Mo-yeon, but he's definitely someone she can rely on.

Soo-jin: (curiously) Oh, come on, Sin-jin! You can't leave me hanging like that. Give me some hints!

Sin-jin: (laughing) Sorry, Soo-jin, my lips are sealed. You'll have to wait and see for yourself.

As they arrived near the reception of the hospital, Soo-jin's excitement was tinged with a touch of annoyance. She didn't want any attention or distractions on her first day.

Soo-jin: (irritated) Sin-jin, stop the car here. I don't want people to notice us together. Just go away and let me handle my own business.

Just as Soo-jin uttered those words, Dr. Song, a fellow doctor, happened to be passing by. He overheard their conversation and couldn't resist joining in the playful banter.

Dr. Song: (grinning) Sin-jin, who is this mysterious lady you're not planning to ditch our pretty doctor for, are you?

Sin-jin: (playing along) Oh, Dr. Song, you caught me. This is my secret admirer, Soo-jin. She just can't get enough of Kang Mo-yeon's charm.

Soo-jin: (blushing) Secret admirer? No way! I'm just a fan. And Sin-jin, please, disappear already!

Dr. Song laughed, thoroughly enjoying the humorous exchange. He waved them off, leaving Soo-jin slightly flustered and Sin-jin grinning mischievously.

Dr. Song: (teasingly) Good luck, Soo-jin! And don't worry, Sin-jin will vanish like a ghost. You'll have your fan moment with Kang Mo-yeon soon enough!

As Sin-jin finally drove away, leaving Soo-jin at the hospital entrance, he couldn't help but chuckle to himself. The thrill of keeping the secret was building up, and he knew that the time for the big revelation was drawing near.

As the welcoming ceremony came to an end, the interns began to disperse, making their way towards the cafeteria for lunch. Soo-jin, feeling a mixture of excitement and hunger, walked away from the hall with her fellow interns. However, her attention was quickly diverted when she spotted Sin-jin waiting for someone.  His wave caught her attention, and she couldn't help but approach him, her annoyance evident in her pacing.

Soo-jin: (annoyed) Ugh, why is he here? Doesn't he have anything better to do?

Soo-jin quickened her pace, her irritation evident on her face. As she approached Sin-jin, she couldn't help but let her frustration out.
