XAVIER AND ASAKHE WERE NOW IN THEIR ROOM GETTING READY FOR BED, THEIR CHILDREN DOING THE SAME after the family had eaten dinner, cleaned up the kitchen and done the dishes with music of course.
Xavier was under the covers of his and his wife's shared bed, reading a book.
As Xavier turned the page of his book, the door to the bathroom opened and Asa walked out and closed the door.
Asa smile seeing her husband look so relaxed as she made her way over to their bed to join him under the covers.
The brunette rested her head on Xavier's shoulder as she read with him.
Xavier kissed his wife on her hair making her smile and the raven haired man out his book mark inside his book before placing it on his bedside table then turning back to his wife.
Asa moved to lay down and her husband followed her actions, the couple lay facing each other and Asa scooted closer to her husband making Xavier wrap his arms around her and bring her closer.
"I got of the phone with Scott earlier today, he said that he and the pack are coming to Mystic Falls and then I spoke with Bon and she said that her, Enzo and her kiddos should be in town soon."
"So you wanna plan something?" Xavier asked.
"That would be nice. I mean it's been a while, maybe we can do game night with the pack and hen family night at the grill with the whole squad."
"Sounds good, let me know if you need help." Xavier spoke.
"Thanks love." Asa spoke sleepily but before she fell asleep she crawled on top of her husband and snuggled into his neck.
Xavier chuckled softly at his wife's antics but he welcomed her warmth wholeheartedly.
Xavier used one hand to run his fingers through his wife's hair and Asa felt herself becoming sleepy.
Sooner or later Asa was out like a light and Xavier felt his wife's even breathing against his neck making him chuckle softly.
Xavier went to sleep soon after, with his love there and safe in his arms.
