elina moon was a hopeless romantic. a girl of stardust and dreams. fragile heart of glass swelled with hope as she ventured into a world so different from the one that danced behind her eyelids, all love, peace and fate. she was painted in folklore, innocent incarnate as she waited for the fates to decide on her life, to allow her to spill her pretty heart on the pages of her own story.
but fate is fickle, it does not reason well for dreamers to dwell, instead, elina is faced with a world of betrayal, of violence. hands stained crimson, faces blurred with sweet smiles masking the snake within. a lamb in a lions cage. prythian did not raise girls with dreams, instead it gave them claws and demanded they fight. it tore even the strongest to ribbons and watched as the stars fell in mourning.
elina knew nothing of hate, she was a girl of longing, of waiting and believing. when her land is cursed by someone so wicked her name is not dared to be spoken, she knows that this curse shall be broken. good is always destined to win, its written in the stars. so when a pretty mortal of ice and hate is transported to the spring court elina knows her hope brought her there.
but try as she might, it seems that maybe good and evil is not always linear and things are not always as they seem. especially when the girl of ice begins to slip her way into elina's dreamers heart and show her the truth.

🌸 so it's finally here ! i have had this fic in my head for a while, initially it was only going to be a feyre fic but i couldn't help adding rhys too ! honestly the idea came to me when i couldn't sleep and i imagined the dynamic of rhys and elina post feyre and amarantha and got obsessed.
🌸 elina is a character i have been wanting to write for a while, loosely inspired by a few past oc's i've had but she is all hope and dreams and just the sweetest angel. she is a character who thrives off of happiness and is literally the perfect light to feyre and rhys.
🌸 she is pretty heavily inspired by evangaline fox from once upon a broken heart because she is literally my favourite character ever but they won't be copy and paste of each other i just love her aesthetic and vibe.
