The two countries walked out of the room, and Russia turned to Germany

"Why do you need this flower anyway?"

"My father told me that after he died, to plant the flower and give it to France. When he died I did as he told, and gave it to France. He said that once the French had touched it, to steal it back and to not let anyone else touch it. But I completely forgot, and I fear that America might have touched it"

"Oh, so this whole thing is happening because you lost a damn flower..?"

Germany nodded
They were both almost out the door when they heard footsteps behind them
The footsteps sounded urgent and almost like stomping for some reason
Russia turned, only to see the figure grab Germany by the collar and pull him back, slamming him into the ground
Germany yelped in pain as the figure starting yelling

"SO IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT THAT MY WIFE AND SON ARE IN THE HOSPITAL"

Yup, it was Britain
Germany widened his eyes and tried to sit up, but Britain placed his foot on Germany so he couldn't get up
Russia was quick to pull Britain away, and the brit struggled to get out of his grip

"LET ME GO YOU BASTARD"

Britain yelled at Russia, but Russia was a bit stronger then the father, so there was no chance Britain was getting out of this one
Germany took this chance to stand up and start wheezing

"J-jesus fuck Britain, it's not my fault, I was just listening to my father-"

"BULLSHIT"

Britain yelled, he finally stopped struggling, but Russia didn't let him go, afraid that if he did the brit would start beating up Germany
Speaking of, Germany just sighed and looked at Russia, who was motioning for him to get out of the hospital
The German caught on, and quickly ran out of the hospital, disappearing out of view

"GET BACK HERE, LET ME GO SO I CAN GO GET HIM!"

"calm down dude, you heard him"

Britain didn't respond, and after 10 seconds Russia let him go
Thankfully, he didn't run, instead he quickly walked away back to the doctor, presumably to go ask if he can go into America's room now
The russian hummed and turned on his heels, walking out of the hospital

America was sitting down on the ground, fiddling with his fingers

"Are things..usually this bland?"

"No, there used to be a lot of stuff to do, but now there is nothing to do.."

Maryland responded, and America just nodded
America whipped his head up when he heard singing

"Almost heaven, West Virgina"

"For fucks sake"

West Virginia groaned and fell on his back so he was laying down as New Hamshire stood up and left the room
America looked confused at Texas, the one who was singing

"Blue Ridge Mountains, Shenandoah River"

The Texan continued to sing, and Michigan turned to look at America

"He sings this everytime he is sad"

The state explained in a hushed tone, and America nodded
New Hampshire finally came back, with a guitar, and he handed the guitar to Georgia, who stood up and sat down next to Texas and started to play the tune

"Life is old there, older than the trees"

All of the states rolled their eyes a bit, they all knew damn well this was gonna take awhile

"Younger than the mountains, blowing like a breeze"

Everyone took a deep breath in, including America, and at the same time, they all sang

"COUNTRY ROADDSS, TAKE ME HOMME, TO THE PLACEE, I BELONGG, WEST VIRGINAAA, MOUNTAIN MAMAAA, TAKE ME HOMMEE, COUNTRY ROADSS"

After that, everyone except Texas shut up, letting the big state just sing to his liking
While Texas was singing, Vermont and Rhode Island starting talking quietly to each other, as if planning something
New York looked over to the two, and slid over, all of them discussing something 
They must have noticed America looking at them, and Vermont rose his hand up and motioned the country over
America nodded and slid over, looking at them confused

"What?"

"We are making up theories on what is happening outside"

"Well, what do you have now?"

"Since we can't wake you up, there is no point in trying to get out, so we think that mayybe Germany is the bad guy, but we are not too sure"

Vermont explained, America nodded

"Buuut, we also think that maybe Germany was told to plant the flower or something, maybe he didn't mean for this to happen?"

New York said, looking at the other two states, who just looked at him with confusion

Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware slid over to hear what was happening

"The fuck are you guys doing?"

Connecticut asked, sliding over to the group

"Theories, we are seperated between two choices"

Rhode Island explained, everyone else nodding
The Texan stopped singing to look over at the group, and soon enough, everyone was looking at the group that formed
Georgia was too focused on his music to notice, just continuing to play, until South Carolina hit him, causing him to look up and glare
Delaware saw everyone was looking at and clapped, making everyone shut up

"Whatcha guys doing?"

Tennessee asked in a mocking voice, making Delaware roll his eyes a little

"Theories"

Jersey said
It went quiet for around 30 seconds, and Arkansas just nodded

"Alright? And?"

The state asked, looking confused

"We have a feeling that there is more happening then we know. Like, what if this was another country's fault?"
