It's You! (Niko x Reader)

It's Perfect

I put a POV shift in because it would be boring to just be guided around the house for the whole chapter.

Your POV

Upon your arrival to the unfamiliar location, you see a person, who presumably is the realtor, waving you down.

"Hi, I'm your realtor, Alex"

"I'm (y/n) nice to meet you!"

"Shall I show you the house?"

"You probably should if you want me to think about buying it..."

"So yes?"

"Guess so."

THEIR POV

"Hey Mom!"

"What's going on?"

"There's actually someone checking out that old house!"

"Well that's nice."

"I'm gonna go through the wheat fields to see if I can get a better look at them!"

"Don't get lost!"

"I can see over the wheat now Mom!"

"Be back before dinner!"

"I will!"

And with that, I rushed out of the house and into the wheat field, staying down low so i wouldn't get spotted. What really surprised me was when the guy seeing the house looked pretty much straight at me. It at that moment I froze completely. It wasn't very long until he looked away though. Probably just admiring the view of the field, I reminded myself, but I came out here to see what he looks like. He has (h/c) (h/l) (h/s) hair, with a (f/c) jacket and a (s/f/c) shirt, with jeans and (s/f/c) shoes, but the thing about him that was the most intriguing was his eyes. His eyes were unlike anything I had ever seen before. The eyes are shaped lake two parenthesis if put them together and turned them on their side. His eyes also start black in the middle, then out a bit they turn (e/c) and after that they turn white. The only people I'd ever seen with eyes like that wer-

Someone screaming in the distance interrupted me. "WOOHOO! YES! FINALLY SOMEBODY BOUGHT THIS TRASH HEAP OF A HOUSE!"

I don't want to get seen spying! So with that, I went home.

Your POV

You don't know why you chose to accept. After all, this house on it's own was s***, or at the very least, smelled like it. Despite that, however, you felt almost as if fate itself had forced your hand. So the words you first said when he asked how you liked it were, "It's Perfect," which made him so excited that he screamed far off into the distance.

Not wanting to move into the house as is, you stay with your parents until after you have some repairs done to the house, moving in shortly thereafter.
